Stem was accidentally shattered after two days, I contacted them and they sent a new one out immediately. Will be coming back soon!

The product (glass dosing capsules) are awesome. They work great with the Crafty+. The shipping was fast and the customer service is excellent. I will buy again from this company.

Some of the greatest customer service I have ever had. There was a slight problem with my order, I was contacted with full transparency about the problem. A work around was offered and I received more then expected! 12/10 - will recommend to anybody who will listen

Johnny was very quick, easy and responsive to questions and concerns. He followed up quickly so that he could try to help as soon as possible. One of the water adapters had a bubble and cracked upon first use... I reached out to him and was sent a new set the following day. I have enjoyed all the various stems and especially the curved screens

How you treat customers when there's issues is very telling of a company and I'm very thankful that they worked with me to find a solution I was happy with.
