Great service, very welcoming
I was a complete novice to this kind of service so didn't know what to expect. I forget her name but the lady who opened my account and inducted me was extremely welcoming and made what could be quite an intimidating experience very easy and straightforward. The whole process was smooth, and incredibly quick and efficient.
