I have had absolutely exceptional customer service throughout!! I cannot recommend this place enough!! I had a problem with my initial delivery of my product, so I emailed them to explain what had happened and their communication has just been top notch, they did all they could to send out another product asap whilst they investigated what had happened with the initial delivery.
Also, any questions I have they have answered promptly. The whole experience has been great Thank you

I’ve been really impressed with The Virtual Slimming Clinic. Ordering and reordering is very easy and delivery is always quick. Everything arrives well packaged and kept cold, so it’s ready to go straight into the fridge.
Before starting this, I was tracking my food daily and going to the gym 5 days a week, yet the scales barely moved. I was close to giving up, but decided to try this as a last resort. I lost 4lbs in my first week, and now just over two months in I’ve lost more than a stone, which still feels a bit unreal.
My appetite is so much more controlled, I’m satisfied on smaller portions and I’m no longer constantly thinking about food. I’ve also felt more energised and positive overall.
What I really like is that it’s not just about the medication — there’s proper support and guidance throughout, which makes it feel sustainable and reassuring. Communication has been great. Would definitely recommend

Very simple and efficient process. I have been with the clinic for a short while and the after care is fantastic. They take you through every step and make things very simple. They have tailored my treatment and it is working extremely well. I would recommend them.
