Honest and Reliable
Ordering was fast and delivery safe and secure. Unfortunately due to a problem at my end I was unable to use the Phones but no quibbling just returned and had a full refund within days. Shame I was unable to use this time but would certainly recommend as a Company -honest and reliable.

Large requirement delivered quickly and professionally
We required a large amount of a specific item to be delivered in very short order. We found this website had the items in stock when a lot of others didn't, and for a good price! We ordered, and had delivered very quickly (ordered Friday, delivered Monday), which was fantastic. Keep up the good work!

I have been in touch with Peter and, whilst I understood his frustration, I explained our disappointment in receiving 1 stars from them. He ordered an item, then it was shipped and delivered the next day (so I think that our service was pretty good on this occassion). We were not contacted for technical support before any review was written either. The issue turned out to be a lack of knowledge with BT staff, who had not checked and updated the firmware in the device and then had to pass to other departments prior to the firmware then being checked and updated. Now, BT have now updated the firmware the device is fully functioning on the BT cloud network.

Fantastic customer service and communication!
Purchased dongles for our phone sysyem we received fantastic customer service, there was a product compatability issue, but this was very quickly rectified and replacements sent out with no additional postage charges and received by us the next day.
Would highly recommend!
