Fantastic tour!

We (me and my family) went on two tours with the company - The 9/11 / Ground Zero Tour + Museum Entry and Statue Of Liberty And Ellis Island Hard Hat Tour. Both of them were very succesful and we hat a wonderful time!
We were lucky enough to have the same guide the two days, Jared, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient with us when we didn't understand something (we're from Denmark) and took his time to explain everything we needed to know. He knew all kind of things you did not expect and could tell us about a lot of things that the tour wasn't about, which was only a benefit, since we got some really good tips for what to see while we were in NYC.
All in all very informative and enjoyable and absolutely no complaints.
