Very poor quality clothes, would not recommend as it’s a total waste of money. Got 3 lighters in the box and theyre all broken. The clothes are terrible & got an horrendous door mat. Absolutely rubbish.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. So utterly disappointed and appalled. I paid £20 + £4 shipping for a mystery box worth around £7 (and that’s being generous!) probably about a fiver and so many lanyards, I don’t know what to do with them.
Would not recommend to anyone even if I hated them- the worst company in the uk and the biggest waste of money I’ve ever done. Fix up next time and don’t scam ppl with nonsense and lies!

I have not received my product after nearly 3 weeks and do not know where it is.

Ordered a £20 mystery box and got a lighter, 2 coasters, 3 lanyard, a couple badges and some blue plastic shoe stand thingy. The box is prolly worth about £9 at tops and with the delivery fee aswell! Cheeky- I got ripped off and I’m inclined to believe the reviews are written by staff and friends to get people to buy in the 1st place.
Heavily disappointed- would have been happy with just the doormat which is what I thought I’d get with the box at least. Will never use again and telling my friends not to bother.
Only gave 2 stars because it came relatively quick. Consider yourself lucky @thewardrobeoutlet

Absolute disgrace! Paid £100 for a ultimate clothing and accessories mystery box which the RRP on 10-15 items inside was meant to be £300+, got my order yesterday, received 3 items! What a joke! I received a carpet that is worth £5 when looking it up online, a J5fashion tracksuit worth £13 and a lanyard. All the things you would buy from Skegness market, quality is horrendous. Unless somehow this gets resolved, this will be my first and only experience and what a shambles it was!

Wasn’t worth the money…. In the picture and description looks amazing but got nothing good.. worst 50 I ever spent but decent thing was the shipping. Came fairly quick

Disappointed with I got to be honest.. got 3 of the same things times 3.. I get its a mystery box but atleast give 10 different items.. think it was a bit pointless.. wouldn't recommend anyone getting it

I received the complete wrong item which completely ruined my little brothers birthdays as it was bought to match an existing product I purchased from you I tried to email to resolve the situation but I received no response at all so I was forced to request a refund through PayPal, I would have preferred to sort the situation but I couldn’t wait any longer

Needed help as shipped to wrong address, customer service was great and sorted it straight out for me.

Ordered a “Wardrobe & Accessory” mystery box and got a lighter, unbranded landyard and cheap lighter that doesn’t even spark, don’t even now what the so called “Mystery gift” was in the order, along with not responding to an email I sent on the matter of my order.

Not the best experience compared to my first purchase. Purchased a bag but it was lost in transit and out of stock too. Contacted customer service and was offered something else which wasn’t needed and have requested a refund and I haven’t heard from them since for the last 7 days even thought they say there turn around to get back to you is 48 hours. I am now having to start a request with my bank to get my money back.

I ordered a mystery box from them last week and paid for 3 day postage. After 5 days it still hasn’t even been packed, yet alone dispatched. No updates whatsoever. Was ordered as a birthday present so is now going to be no use when it does arrive. Have sent multiple emails over the last two days and heard nothing. Have instead gone through attempting to cancel the sale directly through PayPal. Complete waste of time.

Shitt/useless items

I bought one of the £100 options from the list and it said I'd get 10-15 things and that it would be a minimum RRP of £300. When I got it, it was hardly worth £50. The clothes quality was really bad. The rugs were alright but rather huge. The only cool thing I think was in there was the lighters the rest wasnt worth what they said it would be. Scam company

Liar site... experience 👎👎👎 I buy mystery box site said 3 item guarantee...when I received the box no mat..only rabbish item I got🤬🤬🤬
