EXETER WATCH LAB

Took my watch in to EXETER WATCH LAB for a new battery. Two weeks later the watch stopped working and condensation was forming on the inside of the glass so I took it back. Instead of taking responsibility for not resealing it properly I was accused of going swimming or taking a shower with the watch on. Neither of which had happened. They refused to discuss the matter any further and I have now had to write off the watch as broken. I will obviously never use them again!

Have been to the newly opening outlet…

Have been to the newly opening outlet in John Lewis a few time. Great repair service in earrings etc. Last time Jay quickly fixed the lid on an old ring box (with sentimental value) for free.

Metro Centre Gateshead aisle shop…

Served by Michael this am in the Metro Centre Gateshead. VERY VERY HELPFUL, fixed my fob watch problem in no time, told me about the 2 year guarantee.
Excellent service .

This Website does deliver your watch time hours, But they get removed after few days. So don't waste your money.
