I sent Alex my favourite watch (a Bell & Ross) that had been gaining time recently. I received a provisional report with photos very soon after followed by regular updates and the watch is now back on my wrist and working perfectly following a complete strip down, service and thorough testing.

What a fantastic service. Neglected my omega and sent it to Alex. Informative and thoroughly explained everything prior to sending watch. So surprised when I got it back, phenomenal job. Clean and tidy exceptional work. Highly recommended and would defo use again!

My watch was 19 years old and had never been serviced, It was worn daily whilst working, I was a Marine Engineer, so it had a hard life.
My friend Steve had sent his Tag for service, he was more than please with the result.

Alex took my old Omega watch which is over 50 years old which no longer worked and totally revamped it - it looks and works like a new watch. The watch was dismantled and each part individually checked, cleaned, reassembled and regulated.

I first saw details of the Watchprofessional on Instagram and really like the level of detail Alex went into on the posts and even more so on the Website Blogs. The watch sent in was an Ebel Voyager which was sent in a pretty sorry state and far worse than I thought! Having received the watch back today and reading the blog the end result, is nothing short of staggering. The watch looks like it’s come straight out of the box when first purchased. The watch professional replaced the broken crown on my omega seamaster watch. The service was fantastic with a faultless replacement of the crown with genuine parts. I will definitely be using them again and feel I have found an independent watch repair specialist I can trust.

The watch professional is a rare gem; He took care of my movement as if it was his own. Where others had projected ‘doom and gloom’, the watch professional was happy to work on my watch. He examined it, informed me of what he found, suggested what he’d recommend , and then proceeded with the service and repair. He communicated continuously with me about the state of the parts etc. When it came to testing the serviced movement, he again went way beyond what I was used to; he tested the watch to his own standards (which are thorough in all the ways you’d want), updating me on whether or not he was happy with the way it was running. He updated again when he was happy, and then dispatched the watch back to with a level of wrapping that was beyond mine! To top it all off he quoted (and delivered) to a price that was under any other watchmaker.

It’s always unnerving sending watches for a service but I have to say that Alex was brilliant the whole way through.
Always updating me on my watches and with plenty of photos to show what steps he took, very highly recommended and a fraction of the cost of Omega device centre.
5 out of 5 for me and I will be sending all my watches to Alex when their services are due.

Fantastic and great value service of my TAG Heuer Carrera chronograph.
I saw TWP’s blog on Instagram and was encouraged by the level of detail and articulate descriptions of his featured watches. Having made contact by email we agreed a price for a full service and light refurb.
The watch has come back today and is everything I could have hoped for. Communication has been excellent throughout the process of initial inspection and report, case and bracelet refurb, strip down and reassembly, testing and finally dispatch.
I highly recommended TWP (and two of my friends have now sent a TAG and a Breitling for servicing and refurbishment).

I sent my omega watch to the watch professional and have to say whilst I was a little unsure at first I couldn’t be happier now. Within less than 1 day of receiving the watch Alex sent me some photos of my movement on the inside and also told me what he thought was wrong. A few weeks later and the watch is back on my wrist and running perfectly. I have never seen the inside of my watch so loved seeing my watch being serviced on his site. I have no hesitation at all in recommending him and will definitely be using him again.

Superb and reliable service. My TAG comes back serviced as good as when sent to the manufacturer except being a lot quicker and cheaper.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I had my Tissot watch serviced and battery replaced, it’s over 5 years old now and it’s good as new! Really happy to be wearing it again, I will definitely be using The Watch Professional in the future, highly recommend.
