Overall I am really enjoying the program/Emily. It is completely personalised to you which is amazing, exercises adjusted to suit any injuries or ailments, program is adjustable to suit your availability and life style, there is no pressure for it to be done at a certain time or in a certain way, it’s completely up to you. I really think what Emily is a fab PT! Emily is approachable and friendly. Emily encourages you to work harder each week but also reassures you that you’re doing well, I don’t feel pressure to constantly deliver results, Emily understands that life can make it hard to always be tracking and staying on target but if you communicate this to her, she will make a program to help it fit for you, which in turn makes it so much easier to stay on track. Emily is also so good for people who struggle with eating issues. I have struggled with eating disorders and feel safe with Emily to look after my calories/food intake, being able to trust someone with the process and amount of calories to eat can be so difficult but Emily has created a safe space for this. At the end of each month Emily asks what’s worked, what’s not, what I would like In the next month, and this is so good, you feel involved in the decisions being made which makes this program feel so accessible and achievable which is so important. There is a constant open dialogue between trainer and client and if you are considering signing up to work with Emily then do. This has not just helped me start achieving the physical aesthetic I want, but the most important and incredible improvement I have seen has been my mental outlook on food, body image and exercise, something I didn’t think was possible. Really really happy with Emily/WebPT!!!
