I was in the common situation where I…

I was in the common situation where I had been going to the gym for a while, but wasn’t too confident I was doing the right things and couldn’t quite get the nutrition down. After signing up I’ve had a customised weekly routine and a nutrition plan that lets me meal prep and not have to worry. Well worth the money and I can see the differences in the mirror every day!

Emily

Emily, where have you been! Best PT ever, she is amazing and professional I have been training online with her for more than 6 months and I saw the difference in one month!!. I always have food struggling which is my weight never stood the same it always goes ups and down. She changed the way that I think about food!! She is very helpful and knowledgeable trainer. I enjoyed it thank you Emily you are a life saver🤍

The push I needed. Goodbye 15kg

I have been using WebPT with my assigned trainer, Emily, for over a year. I have lost an unbelievable 15 kg, which I did not feel was possible before trying this app under Emily's careful supervision. The workouts are well designed, personalised and the right level of challenging. I receive constant support from both the app and trainer. After 20 burpees I do feel they are ganging up on me, but I'm always grateful at the end. It tracks my daily habits and nutritonal intakes. Thanks to that I've recognised some important habits I need to form, and some not so great ones it's time to break. The communication with the trainer is easy and I constantly feel supported and motivated. If you're serious about hitting personal wellness goals but need a bit of a push, I would not look any further.

I am having a lots of fun with her. She IS an exceptionally good trainer My progress is remarkable 👍👍

Emily has a comprehensive and deep knowledge of food & nutrition. She knows what she is saying and doing and has a 100% individual approach to her clients.

Her training is never boring and always tuned to push me out of my comfort zone but never overwhelm me.

You get also a very cool app for her training that makes it super easy to track your food, kcal and macro nutrients. There are also lots of healthy and really delicious recipes. I love the additional reminder of my daily habit changes in that app like 7500 stepsies a day or 10 minutes of meditation ♥️

In my opinion, personal training with Emily is a well thought out, holistic programme for body, mind & nutrition 👍

After 4 months of training I look much more defined, stronger and simply better. I feel great and get great compliments 😍 Goal 100% achieved! 🙌

My trainer Emily set up a custom…

My trainer Emily set up a custom tailored plan for my goals, and after a few weeks I already started seeing more results then I did when training myself for over a year. Having someone that can help with any questions and motivates to keep going is really great! Emily has a lot of knowledge about not just giving you the best exercises and workouts, but also the needed nutritional recommendations and needed calories to reach your personal goals!

Great app and trainer

I have used different apps and trainers before and this is by far the best. The app is easy to use and to access the videos for a quick preview reminder or full video. I like that I can easily see what weight I lifted preciously and I like the different recipes. My trainer regularly updates my program based on the data in the app. She also regularly checks in and we communicate during the week through the app, so I really feel like she is there with me on the journey. I have already seen the results in a short time in terms of weight loss and body composition change.

Muscle injury resolving

I have been keeping fit for 30 years or so now, but have recuring injuries that haunt me from when I was younger and took too many risks. The main one being my lower back which causes me problems running and in the gym which has also affected the flexibility in my right hip as I have aged.
My trainer Emily as customised me some exercise routines for my lower back to increase strength without straining the lumber. I have now been doing this for about 6 months and it is definitely helping my back get more resilient and more flexible.
Emily has also customised a routine of stretches for my hips and upper thighs, this is going much better than I ever would have expected. My right hip is now getting closer to being as flexible as my left and I wish I had been doing this years ago.

Best PT going…

Overall I am really enjoying the program/Emily. It is completely personalised to you which is amazing, exercises adjusted to suit any injuries or ailments, program is adjustable to suit your availability and life style, there is no pressure for it to be done at a certain time or in a certain way, it’s completely up to you. I really think what Emily is a fab PT! Emily is approachable and friendly. Emily encourages you to work harder each week but also reassures you that you’re doing well, I don’t feel pressure to constantly deliver results, Emily understands that life can make it hard to always be tracking and staying on target but if you communicate this to her, she will make a program to help it fit for you, which in turn makes it so much easier to stay on track. Emily is also so good for people who struggle with eating issues. I have struggled with eating disorders and feel safe with Emily to look after my calories/food intake, being able to trust someone with the process and amount of calories to eat can be so difficult but Emily has created a safe space for this. At the end of each month Emily asks what’s worked, what’s not, what I would like In the next month, and this is so good, you feel involved in the decisions being made which makes this program feel so accessible and achievable which is so important. There is a constant open dialogue between trainer and client and if you are considering signing up to work with Emily then do. This has not just helped me start achieving the physical aesthetic I want, but the most important and incredible improvement I have seen has been my mental outlook on food, body image and exercise, something I didn’t think was possible. Really really happy with Emily/WebPT!!!

Definitely recommend - helped with post op recovery

The short version - I would definitely recommend Emily/TheWebPT. She’s very responsive, very easy to work with and most importantly she gets results - getting the right balance of pushing hard enough.

The longer version is she was able to help me recover following a chest operation, building up my strength and stamina - in around a month I went from not being able to walk more than a couple of hundred metres to over 3 miles, whilst also building up my strength in my arms and legs to a better level than pre-op. I’m very grateful for this - thank you Emily! She was also able to assist with nutritional information, equipment advice and uses a great, easy to use app.
