Quality of the meat is really great only disappointment was the flavours. Shame but I like the flavours stronger for me they were all very mild.

You are quite right in the fact our flavours are deliberately very subtle as we don't want to take the full flavour of the Biltong away or mask it with seasoning, giving it a slight flavour twist but keeping to the Original Biltong flavour is our aim. All our meat is sourced from UK farms and is all UTM (Under Thirty Months) of age making it the very best beef you can find.
We totally apricate that we cant hit the spot with every single customer and each persons taste is different. As you can see from the majority of reviews on here we don't often miss satisfying our customers taste.

Fantastic biltong and dry wors. As a fellow South African, I am very fussy with biltong and dry wors.

I've just taken delivery of my first order from the Weston Biltong Company in 3 years [of recurrent broken crowns dental problems - finally resolved!]
I saw there were several new flavours available since I last ordered, so I selected a fair range. I was a bit "iffy" about a couple of them (I don't tend to diverge too often from original), but they're ALL smaaklik lekker, and the quality (ditto re: the chili & garlic droewors in my order) is as top-notch as it ever was.
I tried a few online biltong & droewors suppliers before I found Weston, and I've never ordered from anyone else since. You really are simply the best.
Ja-nee, there are (sadly) no kudu, impala, eland, ens. roaming the green fields of England, but if you were to add venison game biltong to your options, I'd gladly pay premium for it, as I expect others would.
Finally, my [now] SA-trained NHS dentist (how lucky am I?) who rescued my teeth can't source [decent] kosher biltong for love nor money - there's a huge market opportunity for you ouens - kosher - grab it!
Otherwise, lekker bly en tot siens [online] binnekort.
