The work on my wheels were second to none. Done in good time to best standard. They couldn't have done any better.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. The guy on reception came out and changed my wheel, fitted replacement. He then provided quote, details of all the steps. Advised it should be ready in 24rs. Following day I received call to say repair completed.

Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the quality of their workmanship, but I can speak to their customer service. I booked my wheels in for a full refurbishment using their online system after receiving a quote. Despite their price being significantly higher than other companies I’d spoken to, I was swayed by their slick website and the convenience of the booking process.
I scheduled the work for Friday 6th March and even arranged to take the day off work. Then today, I received a call telling me that—despite using their own online booking system—they couldn’t honour the appointment because the entire team would be away at an annual convention. In other words, there would be no one available to do the job. This struck me as sheer incompetence. Why offer an online booking system if you can’t keep it aligned with something as predictable as an annual event?
I explained that this was inconvenient, given I’d already arranged time off, but the best they could offer was alternative dates. No apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing to acknowledge the inconvenience.
In the end, I chose to go with another local company—saving myself a fair bit of money and avoiding further hassle. There are better, cheaper alternatives nearby that won’t mess you around.

Outstanding service! Knowledgeable personable, professional and friendly when I dropped my wheel off! Ended up having the work completed within 24 hours and got a call back then next day to collect which was totally un expected from me and well above and beyond! Prices were fair, a business well worth a 5 start review if there ever was one! Would highly recommend!

Although having all wheels refurbished recently an unfortunate accident meant I had to return to have both n/s wheels done again. The team managed to book me in very quickly to have the 2 wheels done and they are fantastic. Great service as usual. Thank you very much.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. They explained exactly what they were going to do to restore the wheels on my car and helped me decide on the best finish for it. The car was ready earlier than they thought it would be and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. The car looks as good as new now, despite being 11 years old.

The Wheel Specialist was really easy to deal with, and very helpful throughout the process. Having experienced loss of tyre pressure on three of our wheels for some time, the alloy refurbishment has fixed the problem, and the wheels look great!

Great service, professionalism and price. I visited the Edinburgh branch and dealt with Craig who was helpful and informative and offered a speedy date for getting the job done. He and his team did a great job getting all 4 of my alloys refurbished within a day. I’d been having issues for a long time with slow leaks and my local trusted garage had recommended Craig and his team. The alloys look brilliant and more importantly the work has completely fixed the issue. Any future issues I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Refurbished wheel looks fine but customer service in Edinburgh was appalling. I complained in the garage, and followed up with an email. Both were ignored and I was merely an inconvenience

Fantastic, quick service

My car was seen to in just a few days of enquiring. All wheels needed a refurb and were letting air escape. I took the car in before work, and was able to pick up the same day once I finished. The price was decent, the work excellent and the service fantastic. Can't fault. Only thing that was a bit stressful was no one was answering the phones when I called to find out if I could collect the car or not. I work in the city and had to get a tram out to them and beg my boss to let me go early. I hadn't received a text to say I could get my car until after 4pm. Not an issue if you're close by, but had I waiting until then to leave I would have arrived to a closed garage. However, in the grand scheme of things, this was a tiny issue that does not take away from the 5 star rating. My wheels look amazing, no air is escaping and I for a good price, my car looks fantastic.

Very efficient service with good communication

Craig was helpful, responsive & flexible. Communication & timing excellent. End result perfect. Have used their services twice now and highly recommend.
