Bathroom upgrade.

I wanted this type of bath as an upgrade to my bathroom. The staff where very helpful, my oder was complicated and a long distance way, but everything was managed well.

The delivery to my hauler was on time and well packed and ready for forwarding on.

Everything in the order was correct and very well packed.

I anticipate no issues in fitting the bath next month after a bathroom refurbishment

On the first use of my bath one of the silver caps for the air jets came off meaning that the jet won't work properly and leaving the bottom of the bath unsightly and rough. Despite repeated requests to the aftercare team I am continually fobbed off and no-one will come out and fix it.
The quality of the bath is also quite poor, it isn't very rigid and the fixings supplied are useless. There were no instructions for fitting bath or the bath panel, which was extremely tricky. We got several splinters from fibreglass on the under side of the bath.
The fitting of the pumps was also very poor, the jets had been sealed on to paper and the bath was supplied with metal bars which had all the metal filings left attached and which could have caused nasty scratches. A very heavy pump was screwed into the underside of the bath and we were concerned that this could damage the integrity of the bath, especially when the bath was moved.
When you purchase the bath you get a link to publish a review, strangely enough my review didn't appear on the website.

From start to finish communication was fantastic, it’s the little details like ringing me up to see which side I want the controls on and which ends will Michelle be going, without this I would probably have got it wrong which I did and it wasn’t a problem. When I got back in touch and it was corrected for me. Delivery was just as good from ringing me an hour before to offloading. Faultless service from start to finish and the bath by the way is stunning.

Purchase was very nice and the bath is beatiful.
However I had small problem with the air spa pump but it was quickly and professionally sorted by aftercare.

I ordered my whirlpool bath over the phone with great ease, great communication and support, delivery was perfect, very happy with the buying experience, will be back for the next whirlpool.

The bath I originally order became out of stock a few days after a paid for it. One of the staff helped me find another bath to replace.

However the alternative shower screen was not a match. I sent it back via courier and nearly 2 weeks later I still am chasing for a refund! The manager I spoke to was very rude and would not send me confirmation of the refund.

I will be complaining further about this. When you deal with customers and money is involved you must communicate.

The service was very fast and efficient. The product arrived extremely well
packaged with clear and concise instructions. Would definately recommend them

I found apart from a good price, their communication regarding the product where we want the controls et cetera, was first class delivery was on the date stated on the product was well wrapped protect it. Now that it is installed you can see this is a well-made product which will give us many years of good service.

I ordered my whirlpool bath that was delivered within a couple of weeks. The stand for the bus with missing, I called customer services and they sent a replacement immediately. A very good company I would use them again.

Ordering was very good and we did change things a few times before the order was right for us and they were very helpful in making sure they did that for us. We ordered the whirlpool bath and it looks amazing not tried it yet as we are only in the process of finishing off the bathroom but its a nice a statement piece. Delivery was also as stated and on time so we are very happy.

They provided Beautiful Bath. Helped out when fitter fell through and held on to it for about a month for me, until I got a new fitter. Also helped to try and locate pumps ect in a place to suit for space and future access. Delivered on the day I needed It. Cheers.
