What fantastic shutters! I love them! Great company - friendly, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Fantastic communication throughout the process and the day of fitting was smooth and tidy. The shutters are in our dining area and I can't wait to show them off!

I felt comfortable that I was offered what I wanted rather than upsold something needlessly. The work was carried out quickly and very professionally, despite being a difficult window to fit. Have just had bedroom, hall and conservatory shutters installed by Tim and Andy and are totally thrilled with them. Shutters were installed yesterday (19/04/21), Tim and Rich were here bang on the time that they said they would be and installed the shutters quickly and perfectly. We have just shutters fitted to a large window - it is an unusual shape. Nick & colleague arrived on time and completed the installation to a very high standard. They were meticulous in their work, the job was quite tricky and took longer than planned. They were very tidy and cleared up afterwards. Very professional at all times and we would highly recommend this company. We are very satisfied and will would happily use again.

We are really happy with our new shutters. Tim is really knowledgeable and when he visited to quote was able to answer all our questions and give some great advice about which style would work best for our window.

Whole process from initial enquiry very easy. We were updated at every stage and information about what to expect when we were visited for measuring stage right through to install. The install was very efficient. Tim and Mike were very considerate as one of us was working and on calls. They checked they weren’t making too much noise and were very tidy and careful in our home. They also made good the holes in our walls left by the previous blinds so it is ready to paint. We are really pleased with the results. Would recommend. Thank you very much.

From start to finish the experience with The Window Shutter Company has been excellent and seamless. We were able to arrange a covid safe quote after receiving an estimate based on the measurements I supplied. At the quotation visit Tim explained the pros and cons of the different materials available, explained the different mechanisms and their pros and cons which was really helpful in making a decision about the final finish . Id had a couple of quotation visits prior to Tim and he was by far the most clear and knowledgable about the product. All correspondence was answered very quickly when arranging the quotation visit and the installation visit and we were kept well informed on the progress of our order, Liz communicated brilliantly throughout. The installation was really smooth, they ensured it was covid safe at at all times, they were tidy and completed the work swiftly and effectively. The final look is excellent and we are over the moon with our shutters. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone and everyone.

Before considering this company you need to know that the owner Tim is extremely rude ! The positive is he actually warns you he is rude and blunt! I called him for help with a situation and I have never had anyone speak to me like that it was very upsetting , in terms of our shutters, half of them were clearly measured to small so we have very large gaps filled with cork which looks awful, we also got a door shutter which after installing they tell us that the door is too big so we have to lift it every time we shut it which is ridiculous we paid £1000 for this door and we have to left it!

Excellent service and really high quality product. Kept fully up to date from order through to installation. Highly recommend
