We are delighted with our shutters. They do everything we wanted them to do. Having them installed was painless. Tim and Andy installed our large shutters perfectly and professionally. Five minutes into the initial consultation (compared with ones with the competitors) I knew this company was the one to go with and I have not been disappointed. The service has been flawless, the attention to detail meticulous and the finished result looks and feels great. The room was left immaculate. It is rare to find a company where the installers' standards and expectations exceed those of the customer but that is what Tim and Liz's team achieved. The measurements were done with exacting care, the communication has been great throughout, and I am totally confident that any future adjustments will be taken care of if needed. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough: if you are thinking of having shutters installed you should seriously consider talking to The Window Shutter Company first.

Tim and Mike arrived on time. They were very pleasant and good natured. I felt I had a good relationship with them both which was great. They started work on fitting the shutters and I neither saw or heard them for two hours, when they came to say they had finished!
Shutters look amazing, made such a difference to the bedroom. Tim and Mike cleared up as they worked, would never known they had been in the house.

The window shutter company have been wonderful when providing us with that final touch to our new home. Since being in contact with them, they have been informative and attentive, prompt with regards to replying to emails/queries and were also able to visit our property for a first appointment very quickly after initially enquiring. Their product is gorgeous and high quality. All my questions were answered, when considering what would be most suitable and stylish for us and we are so happy with our shutters that have been tailored to us and our preferences. The day of fitting our shutters came sooner than we had expected, which was fantastic news for us and they were fitted in one day and the house was left as found when they left. Cannot tell you how happy we are with our shutters and so pleased we chose The Shutter Company. We ordered them back in April and were told that the lead time would be 12 to 14 weeks. Liz at The Shutter Company kept us fully abreast of the delivery date and there was a slight delay due to the fact that they are shipped from China and there are a lot of issues with the Ports. As soon as they arrived Liz gave us a fitting date of 5th August. Tim and Andy arrived on time and were really great. They fitted all 8 shutters before 3pm and left the house clean and tidy behind them. Tim asked me to inspect each one before he left and they were perfect. We can highly recommend The Shutter Company.

Liz and Tim were really efficient throughout the whole process, from initial quote, placement of order and communication throughout the lead-time (which was no fault of them).

Installation was quick and again done efficiently.

We are really pleased with the result and this is the 2nd time that we have used Liz and Tim and would hesitate in recommending them.

This is the second time I gave used them. Again, they gave prompt, efficient and friendly service. Tim explained there would be delays in the order getting to the UK and Liz kept me fully informed of progress. On the day. Tim and Andy arrived on time, worked pretty quickly to fit 2 big bays windows, one big and a smaller sash. The cleaned up after themselves with their own equipment and took all the packaging with them. The windows look great and everyone has complimented me on them. I have a few more windows to do and will definitely use The Window Shutter Company again.

Excellent service. Shutters have long lead-time, but that is explained upfront, and communication on progress was maintained throughout. Installation was quick and clean. Polite and professional and would definitely use again for any future work.
