Super late, poor product, awful customer support
Easily one of the worst buying experiences I've had online.
They dispatched super late, the delivery had no tracking for weeks despite you being forced to pay for it. It still turned up late, took almost 2 months.
When I asked about any updates, I was told that they have other customers and to not bother them and they were "ahead of schedule" despite what it said on the listing.
Over email they were rude and dismissive. Despite asking completely reasonable questions like "when will this actually arrive." For some reason, they acted like it wasn't their problem that I had received nothing.
I think the cherry on the cake was how bad the product was. It was a vial of black liquid with a dice in it. No glitter, no swirls.
I sent them a video and they said I needed to put it under light to see it. And when I said I struggled to see anything, they mocked me since they hadn't heard that complaint before. Here was part of their response:
"I can tell from the way you’re “shaking” the bottle that you’re an idiot. Because that’s how we shake our bottles in our videos??"
If you're thinking about buying this, don't. There is a reason they have no reviews anywhere. You can find sooo many better sellers on other popular store fronts. I ended up buying a replacement that arrived in less than a week that looked 10x better.
