Great product and service fast delivery

The part is the perfect solution. Delivery a little slow but made no difference

Can't fault the company. For some reason my card wouldn't work on the website so I had to drive to the shop. Nice gentleman met me at the door and I was in/out less than 10 minutes

Just great and did the job, fast helpful and friendly service. I would have ended up ordering the wrong parts had I not spoken to a kind chap at the Wooden Pool store! Thanks.

Outstanding customer service.
I experienced a minor issue with the delivery of a heat pump, but after speaking with George and David, everything was resolved quickly and without hassle. They were genuinely understanding—speaking to them felt like talking to people who truly understood my situation. It was actually a pleasure dealing with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

The wooden pool store in my experience is the best supplier for all things pools heat pumps filters et cetera my latest purchase was two ball valves. The price was excellent. The delivery was first class arrived the next day and the help given by their experts on site is superb over the last four years. I have purchased two pools and many other accessories to go with them and I will only use this company because it is the best.

I’m now on my second pool that I’ve brought from this company. The equipment is always top quality as described. Deliver when you need it . the staff are extremely helpful .I like to help them if I can by giving information from what I’ve learnt to help other customers. It’s always worth buying the best quality parts that you can and this is a company to buy from.

Ordered the tropic 510. Trina was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I have no problems with her at all throughout the whole process however I was not impressed with any of the delivery's. Things turned up without consulting me. Instructions were useless as they were all in French. I was told to download them which is fine but by the time you have printed of 45 pages I was quite annoyed plus somethings never came with any instructions at all which was a complete joke after spending all that money. Surely if your buying a pool from a uk store there should be English instructions. I would suggest this is something that could be looked into . The heater wen put
together wldnt work. It turned out that once we took the top off we cld see a plug wasn't plugged in inside. The pool that came came in delivery was also a joke. My husband had to take one bit off a time whilst the drive stood there glaring . He never
asked me to sign for anything amd was quite rude tbh . We then had a hitch with the pool counter. I tried to call the technical team and spoke to David. I rang a few times not realising they were shut and he became quite rude saying they
were actualy closed. Well if that's the case why are u answering the phone? The pool had to be chased as it took many weeks later than we were told.
All in all we are happy with our new pool, the service from Trina was brilliant but the whole delivery, and instructions needs to be looked at for future customers as this realy let the whole service down.

I had a very good experience dealing with TWPS customer service who helped me find a part that was difficult to get based on my own understanding. They are very knowledgably and friendly.

Easy, called spoke to the team, and all was sorted ordering our pool, friendly staff and great advice on what we wanted to order, delivered was great as was called by driver 1/2 hour before delivery, so all round excellent service, we have used wooden Pool service before for other things and have always been spot on and helpful.

Our pool is without doubt the best thing we have ever bought for the family. We use it everyday, the heater and filter system we bought with it is fantastic and so quiet. It looks so smart in our garden and is the talk of the neighbour hood!
The wood looks amazing and is so solid. The rubber liner is soft to touch.
We have had 6 people in it so far and there is still lots of room to move about in. It is a lovely height perfect for the kids.
I would Highley recommend these guys to buy a pool from, the transaction and information about what else we needed was amazing. Thank you guys so very much. A happy family means a happy mum!

Did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions prior to purchase. This company, and in particular Trina gave the best and clearest advice and answers therefore gaining our trust and business. Ordering the pool was easy and stress free. Delivery was withing 3 to 4 weeks and off we set about building it. Instructions were “en Francaise” but the website has an english version of the same document. Easy enough to follow if you are half competent with self build projects. The follow on equipment ( bypass and ASHP) were again discussed with Trina and good solid advice was given allowing us to make a clear concise decision without any sales pitch or pressure to buy anything unneeded. It’s up and running now and we’re very happy with our lot. Plus we know help and advice is freely available by phone or e mail should we need it or anything else. Sadly, she can’t help with the National Lottery numbers.
