I placed an order with thewoodoo on June 3. The site said it shipped on June 11. Today is July 30 and the product still has not been received. I have contacted the company many times. I have received many excuses. This is too bad, as I did place an order with them before and it was delivered promptly and the product was cute. But my second order with them has been a nightmare. While their stuff is cute if you get it, it is just not worth the hassle if you don't. I am disputing their charges with my bank.

Very bad service in terms of delivery. I've ordered products online - prepaidon 08/04/2025 and still now I didn't receive the product. I've tracked the shipping several times. I didn't get any intimation. Now it shows returned to the origin. Is this the way they reach out to a customer? I've whatsapped and messaged on instagram as I was travelling back to Bahrain from the day itself I ordered the products. Till now no responds from woodoo team.

Love this family sculpture - ordered it for my daughter & her family. The lastest member was just added end of the summer so I was thrilled to order this for Christmas!

Hi. Order came quite quick. But it was horrible for that price when I opened. Almost 40$ and I receive cheap shit which couldn’t even write names more beautiful. Material is super cheap. So I remembered that many people do the nice design of the website and sell AliExpress things there. So I went to check on AliExpress and THE SAME costs there around 6$. I was super pissed off. Do not buy from them for such an amount. If you want AliExpress IT IS and maybe even would be better quality. Or maybe the same but MUCH cheaper.

I got what I ordered, fast and packaged will to provide damage.

Shipping was fast and the product looks great.
I loved it.
One minor thing is that you need to protect the wood from damage, like a protective coat or something.

My husband absolutely loved his gift. Very beautiful and arrived on time.

We got this cute souvenir for our daddy’s office table and he loved it ! My boys loved it too. It’s such a sweet gift for any family members. Nice made and looks great ! Delivery was fairly quick. Thank you.

Stay away. Almost two months nothing shipped. No answer to mails

Buyer beware. Reporting this company to the BBB. As others should.

Still waiting. Ordered 3 weeks ago. After hitting submit, I realized it was a china based company…I would have never ordered, but the idea was too adorable.

Looks like it’s still in china and that I’m out $43.00 bucks. Not it to giving $$$ away. Never AGAIN.

21 days ago I did an order of bears v2 for mothers day and as at this moment I don't have any news about my order, customer service said they will check with the shipping company but, no news and no communication any more.

I placed the order and money was drawn my card, but there is no order confirmation email or such that would have arrived, and the package has not arrived either. Sounds like a scam. I ordered from Woodoo.com, but charge on my credit card says Makezbright.

I ordered 2 weeks in advance for Mothersday and i received it 3 weeks later. I thougt it was a Company from America but the delivery came from China. The Quality and Price did not Match because the produkt has little damages here an there.
Overall i would not order again if i know this in advance.
