Excellent service from the telephone call to the delivery!

I've recieved two differing colours and they are fantastic, for my new grandchild due in October, my daughter-inlaw and son are thrilled one for coming home in and one for the christening.

only ordered one rug as i did not know what to expect, well i certainly was not disapointed, rug is a good size, lovely thick wool service and delivery were excellent to I will definatley be ordering a second rug

Wonderful! Good, helpful discussion with Harry on-line re suitable throws which helped me to make up my mind. Only problem was with payment website, but in effect no problem as made order easily by phone (late Tuesday) added to order early Wednesday and throws arrived at my home in France nr Geneva on Friday lunchtime! Family arrived that evening. Throws appreciated not only to cover sofa but also because they are cuddly. The extra one lovely, tempted to keep it rather than for present as planned.

I had excellent service from the staff on the phone. I would have like to order online but vouchers couldn't then be used.
My parcel arrived very quickly and well packaged.
The range of yarn is good tho' I would appreciate a few more colours.

The sheepskin took a little longer to arrive than anticipated, but they sent me a few emails to apologise and keep me very informed of exactly when the delivery would arrive.
We bought the sheepskin & the dandelion blue blanket which is so soft and very good quality.

This is exactly what we wanted, very pleased with it...

The duvet is lighter than I expected as I am used to a heavy weight feather affair which rustles and creaks. The new duvet is warm but not heavy and has taken some getting used to. I really like it and it is much easier to make the bed and keep it looking elegant.
I would recommend buying the king size for a double bed for extra luxury. The item is well made and covered in a very satisfying quality of cotton.
Now for me the real star of the show is the mattress topper. It did not fail in its delivery of heavenly comfort. I have been tempted to have a lie down in the afternoon as it so very comfortable.

Another familiar friend in the house, would not have anything else but cellular wool. Smart name for the best blanket in the world.

mohair blanket was gorgeous but gift wrap disappointing - no grosgrain ribbon ( I had to buy my own) or sheepswool as described.

Our son never got one of these as we deemed it a bit of an extravagance, got one for our new arrival, thought it was so good we got one for some friends who are expecting.

soft quality and pure luxury. A shade lighter than the picture, but i was fully aware of this at the time of purchase. I own 3 rugs and this is the only 1 bought from here, but is by far the best quality.

I ordered a softest brushed cotton baby blanket in blue which is lovely, really soft, warm and lovely pastel colours, and allso arrived within a couple of days of ordering.
I had spoke to the staff on the phone with a query and found them to be really friendly and helpfull.
Very good service, would have no reservations about ordering from them again.
