Easy to follow website, great delivery and good quality products

My pillows turned up on time.
The pillows themselves are very comfortable. They need puffing up every day which isn't a problem.
As they start nice and soft at the beginning of the night but compress down to give good support as the night goes on.
I came from a simba pillow and I wake up much more refreshed withe the wool room pillow.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my wool throw. I think it is hard to find this level of quality these days. Certainly worth price.

High-quality product that helps a ton with temperature regulation. Soft, cozy, but not hot, and paired with a layered mattress topper, it’s perfect. Fast shipping, and it came with a canvas zippered storage bag, too. 5⭐️!

These wool products are a noticable and positive difference after switching from our down-alternative bedding and pillows. We ordered the washable version of the comforter and mattress cover since have pets and the mattress covers seems to have shrunk slightly but it's still very usable. And comfortable. The packaging is nice and appreciate that each product came in their own muslin storage case for off season storage and cleaning uses.

My experience with Woolroom has been super poor and would not recommend buying from them despite their sustainability credentials. Today after a placing order in early May I finally expected to get a double mattress and single mattress delivered. A delivery man arrived with one single mattress and did not know why there was not both products in the delivery. 30 minutes later Rhenus Home Delivery send me an email claiming both have been delivered with my signature (well BILL in block capitals) although I didn’t even sign. The customer experience is disjointed and disappointing and now I am wondering what has happened to the £2000 mattress! I had a special message from the MD Chris Tattersall when I paid the cash. Now I am looking forward to him delivering my missing mattress with some proper compensation for a sh*t experience for a premium product!!!

Love the woolroom mattress cover. We have a memory foam bed and my husband was sweating so badly. The woolroom mattress cover fixed that problem!!

I have Woolroom pillows, mattress protectors and duvets. It's all such lovely quality and it's revolutionised my sleep. Wool bedding really does regulate your temperature and I'm much more comfortable. All their stuff washes well and I'd also recommend their gentle laundry liquid.

We ordered a mattress and its real nice and comfortable except that it has buttons on top to embellished it and hide the connecting seems. The buttons are horribly uncomfortable and almost made us return the mattress. I had to cut off all the buttons, they are completely useless The queen also seems smaller than most queen mattresses. Other than that, we really like it. Its comfy now and nice that there are no chemicals. Recommend you order a larger one than you want.

I almost never leave online reviews but this pillow deserves it. As someone who is super picky and has a hard time finding a good pillow, this wool pillow is amazing. I’ll admit at first I didn’t like it but I decided to give it a second try after my other pillow hurt my neck. Im so happy I did. The pillow conforms to your head over time creating a firm but cozy spot for your head. I can’t recommend this pillow more highly!

I love wool room products. I have pillows, comforter, and a mattress pad. The quality of their products has really improved our sleep.

Despite the bag of extra wool being inexplicably returned without being delivered, The Woolroom arranged prompt re- delivery. Communication was great and my son has enjoyed the use of his wool pillow even more. He had originally received that for Christmas as he wanted one that kept cool. He was so impressed that he recommended it to his brother, who has also bought one. My husband and I both benefit from the Woolroom pillows with latex centres.
