Fabulous latex pillow. I can't be without it. I have a few wool room items and the quality is excellent. The pillow was also very competitively priced for talalay, with the added bonus of a luxurious cover.

Very comfortable and great quality
I have had my wool pillow for a month or so now and it has really helped my sleep and pain from a frozen shoulder. It arrived in a cotton storage bag, had no odour as some pillows do, and has a nice quilted cover which adds to the feeling of quality.

First the packaging..
First the packaging... a lovely cotton bag to keep my new Duvet in top condition in shipping. Many thanks for that. The Duvet itself is all that was advertised.... a warm one... perfect as we have had 40F weather here in Vancouver BC for the past couple of weeks. So cold in June!!! It is very light, warm as toast and the easiest thing I have ever put on our bed to make it! Prompt delivery...and a very interesting advertising touch... the signed note and picture of CEO among the sheep! BRAVO Woolroom... 10 stars!

I wanted badly to have the wool…
I wanted badly to have the wool pillows. But ordering them from Germany proved a challenge. For some reason I've never got them and I was refunded, which was good and quick. I'm not sure however what went wrong and if I want to try ordering again.
Anyway, best of luck for your business! If I ever move back to England I'll try my luck again.

Wish returns were an option
I loved the concept of my mattress topper, but it the fit wasn’t right for us, (it made the bed so tight that the squish of our mattress was lost)and it’s frustrating that’s it’s not possible to return it. It makes it harder to make a high stakes, expensive investment of that kind. EDIT after company response- we were prepared to return it immediately but the returns page made it seem like that wasn’t possible.
