Obsessed!
To be honest! I’m a little obsessed with these pillows! I’m completely blown away with these pillows. Having been a hot sleeper I’ve rarely slept through an entire night for years. They’re firm but not too firm, soft but not too soft. They’re perfect! I love that they’re washable, and if too firm you can take some of the stuffing out to customize them! I also bought 100% linen sheets and the two combined have had me sleeping through the night ever since! It’s sad we have to go back 100 years to figure out what was common knowledge back then! Thank you! It’s changed my life for the better!

The return policy is so bad its basically gambling. Bought a comforter and a duvet cover. Love the comforter, but wasnt satisfied with the cover because it was too rough. However just because it was taken out of the package they consider it used and denied a refund. Now im out $150. So you basically arent allowed to actually feel the quality of what they send you, it could be sand paper for all you know, by the time you figure it out its too late and your money is theirs. You'd be better of sticking your money in a slot machine.

Delivery took much longer than usual ( confirmed by Woolroom) and I’m so disappointed with my pillow. It is breathable but it’s so hard and uncomfortable. I’ve been opening it and fluffing the wool but it’s lumpy and actually hurts my head. Thanks for responding @woolroom I am teasing the wool apart every night before I use the pillow.

We’ve been really happy with the Woolroom Medium Comforter! My husband and I sleep at very different temperatures—I tend to get cold at night, while he sleeps hot—so finding a comforter that works for both of us has always been difficult. This one has been a great balance. It keeps me comfortably warm without making my husband feel overheated or sweaty. It feels cozy and substantial without being overly heavy, and the temperature regulation is noticeably better than other comforters we’ve tried. Definitely a great choice for couples with different sleeping temperatures!

best duvets I've ever purchased
These are the best duvets I've ever purchased. They are so lightweight but still warm and cozy. The material is a good quality and the loops really help the duvet to stay in place.

Would happily recommend this company
Originally phoned customer service for more info on mattress topper I was considering. They were polite and helpful. Ordered topper and it arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately deluxe topper was not suitable for me. It wasnt thick enough for my painful hips. Arranged a return within the 30 days even though I didnt have original packaging. We had kept the cotton bag for it and found another box. It squished down reasonably small. Returned it via post office and received refund in a few days. Topper was excellent for regulating temp in bed, just not thick enough and thicker one was quite a bit more expensive otherwise we may have ordered it.
