I ordered a hoody for my wife this Christmas and long story short Royal Mail failed to deliver the item. I've contacted the wrong side merch several times through two different emails and Instagram and they responded to the initial email but are just ignoring me now.
Royal Mail sent me a proof that the item had been returned to the sender but they continue to just ignore me.
It has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. And frankly, it's theft.

If I could rate higher than a 5 I would the wrong side is hands down the best merch store I have ever ordered from the products are of the highest quality the website is super simple to navigate, shipping and delivery are very quick and efficient and if you have any customer service queries you couldn’t ask for a nicer person to deal with than Adam, great guy, great company, and his band broken teeth are so sick!
