The insole seem to be working although I have had a bit of a relapse in the last few days. Using more ice in addition to the insoles.

I forgot to apply an 11% coupon and immediately emailed them asking if can be applied. They promptly emailed back and applied the discount!

This product was a miracle for me. I could barely walk with planter faciiatis for months. I was skeptical but hey money back guarantee. I got my order, put in on Friday evening, and in less than a week I was walking nearly pain free. I was limping and my mobility was limited. I work for USPS and on my feet all day on concrete. These changed my life and after 10 days or so I don't think about it unless someone ask how is my foot.

My husband is very picky about his inserts. He tried the Xstance pair, but needed more padding. I contacted the company and the refund was quick and easy and they give you an address to send the gently used inserts to help others. Everything was done by email and was quick and easy.

I received 2 pair of XL XSTANCE insoles. I thought I needed Large (L). ON July 15, I contacted a support agent with my concerns. He responded immediately, and offered some suggestions. I found that, with a bit of trimming, the XL pair did fit into my work shoes. The other XL pair, with trimming, was not able to fit into my sneakers. I responded and was contacted on July 18 that I would get a pair of large (L) insoles. Surprisingly, I received a 40% credit for my time and trouble. It's obvious the company and support service genuinely care about their customers. The response to my questions was both timely and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I like the insoles. took me a few days to get used to them, but I feel like it’s helping with my foot and knee pain however, I did not appreciate the pushing this and trying to upsell me products I don’t necessarily need like these little mushy heel things that are totally odd and useless

They fit my shoes very well and the support they give me is amazing, I have terrible knees and the amount of relief I’ve felt over the last 2 weeks is priceless.

I inadvertently mixed up vendors regarding a respective problem regarding billing. Xstance (this vendor) was very understanding and very helpful responding within a day to each of my e-mails. Am now awaiting my ordered merchandise and am hoping to be as satisfied with my order as I was with their customer service.

The inserts for my shoes and my husband’s shoes have worked extremely well. I’m a nurse and in my feet a lot. My husband has RA vast aches and pains and he absolutely says it feels good with inserts!! I would truly recommend trying them out.
