You get what you pay for! Beware. Complained about the universe from the moment they arrived - I can only assume all these positive reviews are written by friends, family, and bots. Would have loved to spend 100 pounds more in retrospect and have movers who were competent. This is a rogue organization - from top to bottom. Wouldn’t trust them to move toilet roll from one side of a room to another. If you care about your belongings, or your sanity, find another company. Upon reciting my story to my bank’s fraud division, it was suggested to me that I should go to the police. Says it all. Miserable workers, miserable service, miserable management. I could go on and on - just don’t book them.

Ilyian and Kai were extremely profesional. They loaded and unloaded our belonging with care, and they accomplish the work in time. They were also very nice and listening to our request. Five stars work, no doubt.

Super amazing bunch of guys and company. Easy to use system to book the vans and mans. Slight issue with illness, but hey, people get ill, but the company bent over backwards to shore up replacement vans and people so very impressed by the reaction to circumstances. Massive shout out to Neil Tyler from Croyden who did a sterling job; chap arrived early and ready, driving was 1st rate and safe, took super care over the items being moved and was a hoot to be stuck in traffic with.

Thoroughly unpleasant company. Booked a service, received confirmation email from them and they took full payment. Confirmation states that they can take up to 60 min grace period due to circumstances beyond their control, which is understandable.

At the end of the day I received a call from the manager - Luke - who started to tell me that their computer system “doesn’t follow the Christian calendar and doesn’t know it’s the Christmas season”. He then told me that I had to accept a later time of 4pm. (You have to book a min 2-hour service and they stop at 5pm so I smell a scam). As this was no good for me I said that - as they’d already confirmed the service - I’d have to book with another company and they’d have to cover any cost difference.

Luke just said “I’m cancelling the booking” then immediately hung up.

They claim to be a reliable company in an unreliable business. However they’re the same as everyone else.

Avoid avoid avoid. They will let you down.

It’s our second time using Yellow Van Company. My husband had used them in the past and recommended we go with them again. Really glad we made the decision to use them, Illyan and Darryl were absolutely fantastic on the moving day, they were on time, really careful and considerate with our belongings and although there was no obligation to help them, we did and they were great in making sure the boxes we helped to carry weren’t too heavy. Everything was delivered to the rooms of our choosing and they even double checked with certain items.

The online quote form was super easy to navigate and even Zeena from the customer service team got in touch to make sure whether we were still interested in our chosen date as the day was nearing. The follow up call a few days after was great too to make sure we were happy with our service.

If only all companies had great service like this. We’ll be sure to use them again for our next move. Thank you so much.

Romas and Jake were fantastic during my house move, very punctual and efficient. I've used The Yellow Van Company three to four times for house moves now, I had Romas twice and the value and service is always great! I'd highly recommend.

My moving was so quick and smooth. Punctual, efficient, and professional. I am super happy with the service.

Richard and Darryl were amazing, they took everything super quickly and hassle free. They were efficient, friendly and kind. Moving from West to East London just took 2.5 h and all done, including small/medium furniture and without emptying the drawers of my chest of drawers, so great. No need going with a rental smaller van in several trips all day and lots of work, really comfortable and efficient.

I always use this company for moving and it never disappoints me. I would recommend the Yellow Van Company to anyone.

Very first impression of Iliyan was that he keeps his distance, big time! But it turned out that he was in fact a very friendly and helpful person. I was extremely stressed as my completion was being delayed and he showed kindness. He handled my stuff with care and all my items got to my new place in perfect condition
