After reviewing all my options, I chose one and when I tried to sign up, I was chatting with the live agent for over twenty minutes with no progress. I went to the insurances website and signed up myself in just a few clicks. Talking to the zebra agent was a massive waste of my time.

Got me a good rate I was stressed asf paying 842$ a month with a company and they got me with root insurance for just under 300 same coverages and it wasn’t like talking to a robot there is actual human touch

Preston T. Was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was upfront on what I needed while we did not get a low rate like I was requesting he was able to get it pretty close to my requested amount and went over options to help lower it a tad. He truly cares about the people he helps and kept the chat engaged and made it feel personal even over text. He deserves all the respect and praise and his boss is very lucky to have an employee like him on duty.
