My agent was Keith Jones

My agent was Keith Jones. He worked so hard all day yesterday to get me the lowest rate for my car insurance. Even when I made my own comparison’s online, he still came up with a lower rate. He was a God send! I had limited time to get a policy that day in order to get a plate put back on a car I had in storage. Thank you Keith for your hard work & excellent customer service! It was a pleasure speaking with you.

Zebra made finding the best coverage painless!

Zebra made finding the best coverage at the cheapest price painless and effortless for us and my agent was friendly and helpful! Also no annoying spam phone calls and emails from everyone and their brother like I usually experience when searching for insurance online as soon as hit the enter button! Thanks Zebra!

I tried Zebra because I heard they dont…

I tried Zebra because I heard they dont sell your information. However, I started receiving texts from different insurance companies right after using their services. I’m still getting texts a day or two later. Somewhat disappointed.

Nicole Alexander made my day…

Nicole Alexander made my experience signing up for roadside assistance great! She answered all my questions clearly and provided all the info I needed to make a decision. I feel confident that I got a good deal and all the tools I need in case I need to use the service. And speaking with Nicole was such a pleasure...more like visiting with my sister than listening to a salesperson. I recommend a bright blue cape with a big gold star on it for Nicole!

Poor cumunication if you tell someone…

Poor cumunication if you tell someone your open at 7am then be open. On top of them saying it was open at 7am the phone lines to a real person were not available tell 9am.. poor cumunication!!
