I would give them no stars! Same issue as other reviews I ordered one product they sent another and they said that they sent the one that I ordered, which was totally incorrect. It was bait and switch and they’re just terrible to deal with. Do not buy from this company.

I recently bought an item from Thfirstplace. I felt secure because they stated "100%Risk Free Purchase", and if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact them for a replacement or a refund. Well they sent me an item that was not as described on their website. I have been going around and around with them for the last week and a half via email. It is exactly the opposite of 100% risk-free. They are completely not helpful and trying to stall until I get frustrated and go away, and they offer a $2 refund on a $26 item. Then the next email will start over as though we've never spoken about the issue before. Over and over again. Now they're saying the shipping is "very very high" to send back, would I accept a $4 us refund. This company is a scam. Be forewarned! You will not be supported if there is an issue with your product. I will never buy from them again. They have stolen my money from me.

Not even one star. They sent me the wrong product…i sent them a photo of what arrived and they insisted they sent me the correct item….which doesn’t even match anything….so do not trust these people. If I could give them less stars I would. They sent me the wrong item and actually wrote “give them away if you don’t want them and order something different because the return shipping would cost you too much”. Horrible garbage company. The advertising for the item was also false.

Scam...ordered the Peter Thomas Roth facial tightener, (expensive tiny 30ml tube), got "west month", can't even find an e-mail to contact them. 🤬

I purchased a product from this company and received a different item. contacted customer service to rectify this problem and the only thing that they would do was reimburse me five dollars when the item cost $35. I can’t believe they sent me the wrong product and they are not going to give me a refund or, pay for the postage to send the item back to get a refund. Terrible customer service.

Ordered one of their 2in1 oil dispenser bottles. Ended up loosing the gasket. Contacted them to see if I could get a replacement, for which I would happy to pay for plus postage, only to be told “go somewhere else”.

Couldn’t believe the response. I’ve this is how the treat customers, best to avoid.

I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth face tightener cream - or so I thought I did. I received today a totally different product - it took 3 weeks to arrive. I have been charged $54 for a product that can't even be found on line. I have sent them numerous emails which I am still waiting on a reply... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I have learnt my lesson not to order online unless from a reputable company.... UPDATE: they have sent me an email saying they can give me $4 refund!!!! What a total joke!! And that they checked with their warehouse - they said I received what I ordered!!!!! SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY

Buyer beware! Do not order their face tightener. They sent me an eye cream that doesn’t work. Offered $4 as compensation.

They sent wrong brand and wrong product. I sent photos of proof and they still said I was wrong. 100% SCAM

Look like systematically fraud. I have placed order that time price showing $19 when went check out cost me $47.67 . I have asked them to cancel order and refund. They offered $5 refund. Really shameful.. stay away if you don’t want to dis appoint yourself.

First they charged my PayPal too much (but luckily reimbursed). Now I received the wrong product... Feels like scamming... or very sloppy! Hopefully they will send the right one...

The item arrived, it was not what was advertised all, you can not send it back, the mouthpiece was about $30, they offer $4 back and that is all that they would do! even though it was not what I ordered!

I bought an anti-snoring mouth piece. It took forever. The product I received wasn't what was advertised. I thought I bought an American made product and it was switched with a cheap Chinese copy.

The product was far from what I thought I was buying. Some cheap product instead.
The customer support is total BS, completely automated, you can't claim the return.
The delivery took 30 days!
Cheap, fake Chinese scam. Avoid at all costs.

Item was not as described, and no longer able to find product. And took 30 days to deliver. And charged an extra tax amount. Product was some cheap fake thing. Packaging was wet inside. Definitely not what they described in advertising. Will file claim with payment method. Would not recommend.

Item not as described in advertising. They refuse to refund - initially said the process would take too long, so best I keep it! Then told me to "give it away as a gift to a friend, maybe they will like it"!!
