Title: Faulty Product and Poor Customer Support
Save Your Money

Review:
The Thicair micro‑infusion system turned out to be nothing more than an expensive disappointment. The serum didn’t infuse, the device didn’t function properly, and the only thing it delivered was frustration.

Customer support added to the experience by offering excuses instead of solutions. They avoided acknowledging the faulty product and provided no meaningful help.

If you enjoy wasting money on products that don’t work and then being told it’s basically your problem, this might be for you.

I used this product every four days to…

I used this product every four days to kickstart the process. I will say that I tilted the bottle upside down a lot longer than a few minutes and I frequently shook the bottle upside down to ensure that the serum got dispensed properly throughout the stamping process. I also left the serum on my scalp longer than fifteen minutes just to make sure it seeped well into my punctured scalp (from the needle stamps).
Not only did I see a visible difference within six weeks or so but so did my family and hairdresser! I will add that I am also taking a pill form DHT blocker so that too may have helped the process, but either way my balding spots are covered in new hair growth and that’s a major WIN!!
To ensure that I could see that the serum was being absorbed, I looked at the bottle to see where the serum line was at, and periodically I would look at the bottle to see if the serum line had changed. It does go down but not by a lot, but it does get injected. Rubbing the leftover serum into the scalp also ensures that it’s getting absorbed. I bought the 6 month treatment but added the three month addition at checkout for a lower cost, I appreciated that! I will continue to use this product!

I bought this item due to its…application process. I do believe this is the type of process that will work.

I bought this item due to its application process. However, the application process is so flawed I don’t know how it could possibly work. With each “injection” so little product is dispensed it hardly seems worth the amount of time it takes to apply it.
Then you cannot contact anyone to find out why? Their doors are completely shut. I will not be continuing this process

Web site is blocked by Norton/Product misrepresentation

I received the 6 month starter pack at about 40% off a couple of weeks after I ordered it. Their instructions say to let the serum bottle sit upside down for a couple of minutes to fill the micro infusion device. I've done this with each treatment and have never gotten a drop of serum out of the micro infusion device and have had to manually apply ALL the serum to my scalp after using the micro infusion device. I have seen an improvement and am experiencing less shedding but I don't know if it's due to the serum or the DHT blocking shampoo I've been using in conjunction with this product. I've never received a response from customer service after complaining about the devices not working properly. I likely will stop using this product as it is too expensive for someone on a fixed income. We'll see what happens with my hair after I've used the last of the product.

I’ve new hair growing!!

I have been using the system for about 8 weeks now. I definitely have less shedding g and I have new hair growing. My bald spots are slowly filling in. I didn’t see any improvement, new hair growth, till after the 4th treatment but now I can see a difference. It is a little frustrating when I have to shake the bottle so much to get it to work but that is so worth it to see new hair growing.

No serum ever comes out.

I’m giving Thicair a 2 because I’m possibly seeing less hair fallout. Could be my imagination since I had high hopes for this product. I’ve used this product 3 times now. The serum never came out through the needles. I’ve punctuated my scalp each time and had to rub “all” the serum into my scalp. Not like advertised. The whole purpose of this product is to inject the serum below the scalp to reach the root.

You scammed me out of $147

You scammed me out of $147. I ordered a product costing $64. At the end of my transaction after you had my credit card information, you offered me additional merchandise. I declined the offer but you added it anyway. This second charge was for $147. I tried to cancel the order but it was sent anyway.

RUN from this product...

Serum is quite thick and you must shake the bottle each time you "punch" your scalp. Does absolutely NOTHING! Save your money and run to your nearest vitamin shop for oral supplements!
