UPDATE: The company said they would settle this matter to my satisfaction. Lesson learned about checking return policies BEFORE ordering.

Be careful to order only one pair to try on before you order more. They will not accept returns even if they are unworn.

If I could give more stars I would! Great customer service has made me a loyal customer. I thought I was reordering a short but it just wasn't the right. A replacement was sent out right away and completely made my day.

I really had a good customer service experience with Amy. She helped resolve my issue. I get quick responses from her.

Dresses are back in my wardrobe thanks to Thigh Society shorts!! I purchased the 7" M/L Cooling and Staple and wore them under dresses and linen wide-leg pants while in the sweltering heat of Italy. No tugging, adjusting or layering over underwear was needed. I washed them several times, and they don't move once they're on. They do everything you promised! (56 years old, avid hiker, 5'4", 165lbs)

Money grab. Product is subpar. Then they will not let you return anything under the guise if it being undergarments. Victoria secret let's you return. $50 product charge maybe be worth $20, if that. I got a better product from Jockey for $15. Also, when I tried to right a negative review on their Facebook page- it seems they blocked me and will not allow me to comment on posts that magically only show positive comments. Don't order from them!

I was so pleased with the customer service! Although I found sizing up a more comfortable fit, I was able to exchange my first order with a larger size. It was nice to receive prompt and clear communication. It was SO painless and FAST to get a new pair shipped out without more than one email! One email and I got a new pair in a few days.
Also, I love the cooling shorts. They are the right rise (not too high) and the seams are located appropriately to avoid any rubbing or noise. I am typically XS/S, 5'2" but I sized up for a more comfortable fit.

I had brought some of the cooling shorts for a summer in Europe. The post office delivered them to the wrong address, even though I ordered them for quick delivery. Thigh Society worked with me to get them delivered with in a day so I’d have them in time for my trip. I’m so happy with their customer service and even more with the undergarment. I especially love the 7in length since I am tall and regular length ones don’t fit as well. Thank you!

I ordered three pairs of the cooling shorts, I live in the south where the climate is always hot! These shorts are amazing. Keeps me cool and comfortable.

The cooling shorts are great! They really work on hot summer days. Love the lightweight fabric and the construction. The only issue is I do not dry them in the dryer. I dried one of my first pairs and got a hole in the leg.
I highly recommend.

I made an order for 2 pairs. wanted a 7" and 5", accidentally selected two 5" length, emailed them right away. Amy responsed quickly, unsure if they were going to be able to make change, however, the change was made. awesome! and then 5" cooling shorts were a little snug (shouldve sized up), emailed again. Amy responded again so fast, letting me know they would resend a bigger size. the delivery for both packages was so quick, even delivered on the weekend, the best! the product itself is truly amazing, so soft, no rolling and just comfy. I would order again!!

I highly recommend Thigh Society products. I bought the Cooling in 5” length with the endorsement of all three of my daughters, and I was not disappointed. I’m 68 and recently gained a lot of weight after I quit smoking, and my sweaty thighs were driving me crazy! These are so cool and work so well under my dresses.
Excellent - really excellent Customer Service as well. I believe I talked to a real person - not a bot!

AVOID these ‘Spun plastic’ shorts! I’m pretty sure that no gynaecologist would ever recommend!
In an era of microplastics being an issue for women down below when they sweat, I had high hopes that these would have a high percentage of natural fibres. I ordered 3 pairs, one cotton (not cotton, think thick/opaque 70 denier nylon tights) the cooling shorts feel like no vpl smoothing knickers.

No refund possible they say and I didn’t even try them on (once I touched the fabric I knew they’d be hot and horrid on a Summers day). £100 wasted. I should have gone to M&S and bought local.

Don’t waste your money because if they aren’t right you won’t see a penny back. I’m back to square one £100 down. Matalan sell very similar ones for £9.

Customer service responded quickly to say I couldn’t get a refund.

At the time of my review I had been told I couldn’t get a refund, then after a further email they said I could.
Glad they went back. It was a lot of money! I am thankful they refunded me. Customer service wise: I can’t complain at all because they emailed me really quickly and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I did have to pay for return postage but I didn’t mind. Their communication was good. My error was not realising sooner that there are just some items of clothing you need to buy/see in person especially undergarments to feel the fabrics of. When something is described as ‘cooling’ I don’t expect to feel such synthetic fabric.

I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that had better customer service than Thigh Society! They respond quickly and with knowledge. I appreciate all of their efforts and professionalism. Their products are the best and I have never been more pleased with a company than I am with Thigh Society! I wish they made everything!

I have been wearing Thigh Society shorts for years. I love them! They allow me to wear all my favorite summer fashions with no discomfort. Recently I wanted to reorder more to replace older pairs. One pair was "Original" style. When it arrived, the material seemed thicker than my previous "Original" pair, and would be too hot for summer wear. Even though I was fully aware of the "no return" policy on undergarments, I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange them for a "Cotton" pair. "Amy" answered my email and said she would refer my request to the Customer Service team. Imagine my shock and delighted wonder when I received an email the next day telling me that I was receiving a FREE pair of the "Cotton" version by delivery.(a $40 value!)
I am so blown away by this company's generosity and attention to perfect customer satisfaction that I will continue ordering from them for years to come.
Also, the quality of this product is unmatched and surpasses any other brands which I have tried. Pure comfort and long wear!

The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the cooling shorts on March 31 and got an email on April 3 from the courier that they picked up the package. The tracking information from the courier did not update after that, so I contacted the courier on April 17 to request an update. They told me the package had accidentally been rerouted to another province and said they would get it rerouted again and would update the tracking information right away. There was still no update as of April 22, so I emailed Thigh Society to let them know what was going on. I received an email back within 3 hours apologizing for the inconvenience and said they would look into it right away. Just over 12 hours later, I got an email saying a new pair was being sent to me, which I received in 4 business days. I highly recommend this company for both the quality of the product and the customer service.

I loved the first couple of pairs of The Cooling Shorts. They are great under dress & kept me cool on hot days. When I went to re-order more, as summer is upon us, I found out that they had great new colours. When I ran into a self-created problem, Kodiak was wonderful in solving it to my satisfaction. Their customer service is a great as their product!
