Hi my name is Alka Alhat and I just get credit card 2 days before and thay stipend now is no working thay suspended my card and when I call customer service she told me someone reported stolen card report I told her my card with me no one report card stolen after she said Hoo we need your id we send you some post and you need to fill this form and attach you I’d and send it post back to us when I ask her you stop my card because someone reported stolen as you said now when I told you I have my card with me no one reported now you change your statement we need id and just approved my card 2 days before then she told me ho sorry I just check we have some rendom audit that’s why stop the card just a nonsense even I told her I send you my id via email she said no we no accepting email we just accept paper id this is such a stupid I really don’t understand what to say Christmas near by and new year when I get my post when I fill and send you back take 15 days what is the point I have credit card when I can’t use those specially days

Acquiring this credit card was easy and I painless. My first CC in over 20years.I found it very user friendly they responded to my application quickly no problems. Everything is clear and explained well easy to understand navigate etc.
