Couldn’t understand customer service…
Couldn’t understand customer service been waiting for new card for 17 days to now have to order a new one and wait another 2 weeks. Customer service was a nightmare I could t understand her and she never understood what I was saying and what I was asking. Spoke to two other operators and the same thing happened. So she couldn’t help me. Was so frustrating. Wasn’t about the accent so much but at least be able to understand English would be helpful

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulty activating your card. Please could you call 0330 099 3000 and a customer service advisor will be able to help you with this. The opening hours are 8:30am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 4:00pm Saturday.
