Update on my experience with Think-Inks
Further to my negative comments on the lack of communication from Think-Inks, I have now received payment for my consignment (which was generous) and also a message from them apologising for the delay, and explaining their recycling process and the timescales involved. They have said that they will review their communications with customers. Hopefully things will be better for the next batch, and that they will put more information on their website.
