The actual work was carried out efficiently and the installation team was brilliant. When the electrician visited to connect everything, he was also knowledgeable and friendly. The problem started after installation- the electrician told me I needed a certificate from ThinkCarbonNeutral. I have been emailing, texting, and phoning since April but still no certificate. I need this to send to my electric supplier. I was told there was a backlog, but it still doesnt explain why I'm waiting so long.

As a person with a disability who can have panic/anxiety attacks/also dyslexic, I can assure you that this company has has treated me with kindness and respect throughout the whole process (carrying out the survey and the required work) contact was good - telephone and email. Appointment to suit my needs not theirs. The guy that carried out the work was very friendly and helpful and got on with the job in hand with no standing around pontificating. Explained process. Very quick and cleaned up after job finished used dust sheets but still hoovered up to ensure left clean and tidy. showed before and after photos. Very happy with the whole process from start to finish Thank you

We are very pleased with the work that has been done, the workmen were very efficient, tidy and pleasant, even though accidental damage was made to the ceiling thay made good with the repairs, which was completed the very next day, with no extra charge. Would recommend with no hesitation.
