Horrible customer service and values. I reached out to them to update our contact information when we had internal turnover. They neglected to do so and continued to send invoices to the wrong account and then claimed we owed them gobs of money after our original term of 12 months had already expired. Never once apologized for not updating our contact information - claiming they "had a different point of view". This is all with a Thinkific "Plus" account that is supposed to have a concierge tier level service - they didn't even know anything about our account and claimed the person who signed the contract wasn't even on the account. If they are trying to shakedown non-profits that serve underprivileged mothers like ours they must be really struggling. They care so much about their customers they threaten to send their account to collections! I would completely avoid this company. You don't have to take my word for it - see the plenty of previous reviews on how they have predatory billing and cancellation policies.

I was able to get clarity about how the course should look but I got frustrated when I could not make some of the changes I wanted to make. I needed to connect with a person because I got stuck and have not gotten back to working on the course again.

Easy to get started with!

I created 194 training modules and the process was simple and quick. The integration with Shopify was a breeze.

I love Thinkific. It's so easy to set up a course and I have never had a customer complain about an issue trying to process a payment. The only improvement I would like is better reporting (which I think is included in higher plans). I always recommend Thinkific. It is easy to use, looks great and it means I don't have to stress over tech issues.

they have a really easy to use platform and nice website designer. I’m giving four stars because there are a few improvements I’d like to see on the website designer as well as automation for sales tax. I believe they’re working on the sales tax piece now, but it isn’t available yet.

I came across from a teachable. Thinkific is SO much better, it is ;
1. Simpler
2. Easier to use
3. Cheaper (it’s free version offers more than teachable used to)

I liked it more immediately and will not switch. I am building my course business around Thinkific now. When I can, I will upgrade to get more features. That will hopefully be this year.

User friendly is a big thing for my and your help center is amazing too.

It was an unfortunate miscommunication due to a promotion that was marketed to people who were not eligible. Charlene handled it gracefully and as a human being. (Thank you, Charlene) She took time to understand the situation from my point of view and find a solution for me. In the end, the initial offer wasn't suitable for what I needed but the customer service was wonderful and human.

Love the way platform works and the support is amazing. My clients are happy and so am I!

I am extremely pleased with the help that I received from Natalia! She is the best! She sent me videos and images to be able to understand everything better and answered all my questions! I had been struggling with some elements of the platform for a while and thanks to her help now I can move ahead with the creation of my courses.
