Life changing trip with Think Pacific
My time in Fiji was truly indescribable. The people, the culture, the experiences have all created memories I will cherish for the rest of my life. To anyone who is considering doing a project, I would just say do it!!! You miss 100% of the opportunities you don’t take, and I am so grateful I decided to do Think Pacific.

The best four weeks ever
The best four weeks ever. Why did I get a return flight I will never know, could have stayed 6 more weeks, the experience was worth the 3 layovers. I miss my Fiji family everyday and most Bula nights.

Amazing experience in Fiji with Think Pacific
I took part in the youth empowerment volunteering programme in Fiji with Think Pacific from June - July 2024. During this programme, I lived in a remote Fijian village and was fully able to immerse myself into Fijian culture, taking part in ceremonies, trying the food and performing traditional dances.
I was also able to make a difference to the youth, performing workshops to teach them about important topics such as sports development and public health.
The Think Pacific team were extremely supportive throughout, both before and during my time in Fiji. I would definitely recommend this to anyone at university looking to volunteer and experience something new that can also help others.

Expedition of a Lifetime!
My Think Pacific expedition will be something that I will never forget. Not only was the impact on the village so big but the impact on me as a person. The trip allows you to gain a new family, friends from around the world, life skills and so much more all whilst making a positive impact on others. The support from the Think Pacific team is incredible- from helping you to book flights to daily health checkins in the village. Make sure you take up an opportunity with Think Pacific- you'll regret it if you don't!

Think pacific was not only an…
Think pacific was not only an incredibly fun experience but an insightful one too. I cannot reccomend this enough to anyone who is looking to learn and immerse themselves into Fijian culture. By living with people from remote villages you get the most authentic experience and meet the most incredible people who will become your family over the month. From trying new foods, speaking a new language and even learning new skills like weaving and cooking it is one of the best things you can do! I hope to go back and visit my family and take part in future projects!

I recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Fiji experience with the Think Pacific project, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes of Fiji. Each day was filled with adventure, whether it was exploring stunning beaches, hiking through lush rainforests, or engaging with the warm and welcoming local communities.
The fun didn’t stop there! I learned so much about sustainable development and the importance of community engagement. The workshops and activities were not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable, allowing me to connect with fellow volunteers and locals alike. The experience has broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for different cultures.
Overall, my time with the Think Pacific project was a perfect blend of fun and learning. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for an enriching experience that combines adventure with meaningful contributions to the community!

Best month of my life!
Think Pacifc had everything planned out from pre-project to post-project. Throughout the project the amount of help and thought that goes on behind the scenes is insane.the project itself was so amazing, words can’t describe how good it was. I wish I could go back and do it all again. Everyday was a new experience whether that was fishing, hiking, swimming, making traditional foods or doing traditional dances. I couldn’t recommend this anymore!

Volunteering abroad was truly life-changing. The experience of immersing myself in a different culture, in this case the Fijian culture opened my eyes to new perspectives, broadened my horizons, and deepened my empathy towards others. The connections I made and the impact I had during my time volunteering will forever stay with me, shaping me into a more compassionate and understanding individual. My experiance in Tobu
It really is an experience you have to have! It is an incredible privilege to join such a kind and open community. The love and fun you share in this community is just incredible! I learnt so much every day in the workshops and cultural courses. I not only made new friends from Europe, but also from Fiji. And the best thing is that after the project you have a second real family on the other side of the world! It was the best thing in my life and I have already planned my trip to visit my second family next summer.
PS: The food and culture are elite and almost unbeatable.

Think Pacific Youth Empowerment Project
My Volunteering trip to Fiji with Think Pacific was hands down the best month of my life.
Firstly from signing up with the company to arriving in Fiji I found them to be absolutely amazing. There was so much information available and they were always happy to help with any little query you had!
Then from arriving the trip was planned perfectly and I had the most amazing time from the moment I met my group to the day we left the village.
I took part in the youth empowerment project and it felt like a really worth whole project. There is a guidelines for all the workshops when planning making sure you get the key information across in each workshop. The workshops themselves were also on extremely important topics that every youth in the village could relate to. This helped make the work we were doing feel that bit more special! The culture course was also fantastic run by volunteers from the village, it really allowed you to learn the ways of Fijian culture helping you understand what it really is like for them.
Living with a family in the village was absolutely incredible. They really became my support in there and they couldn’t have cared for me and my fellow volunteers better.
Couldn’t recommend volunteering with Think Pacific enough, it will change your life!
