Although this is a good site for safely sending documents through, it could be much improved by adding a 'items / documents you will need to proceed' section. With many bills and statements arriving electronically these days it would save so much time if a list was in the task menu before you even start.

The app was straight forward to follow for the ID verification. But it took me 3 attempts to do the face scanning check & was unsure what I was doing wrong, but got there in the end.

Easy enough to use, but it has one major issue. It consistently fails to connect to banks (tried using different accounts and banks). This forces you to manually upload documents required which is a nightmare when you don’t have access to them on the mobile device being usef

Simple to follow process and went smoothly. The only problem was that the file size for the attached utility bill was limited to 2mB and unfortunately the output from utility companies is seen by them as a sales tool and the bill size is huge.

Although a little sceptical of the process of giving sensitive data to a company I had never heard of, I found Tabeen extremely helpful.
Tabeen was most knowledgeable and reassuring but above all her eloquence, calm and clear speaking voice and confidence in delivery was greatly received. Although some of my questions where a little difficult to answer, at no point did I feel I was being told incorrect information.
On the back of my experience I feel Tabeen should be greatly appreciated and respected within this company. I wish her well for the future
