DO NOT PURCHASE THIRTYTWO SNOWBOARDING

So you finally reply back on the 4 June 2025 after me making contact with you THIRTYTWO during February 2024, not bad nearly 16 months that took !
So you asked for me to send photos of which I already uploaded on Trustpilot also you asked for purchase details which I gave you back in February 2024
So hear we are now 24 July 2025 and still nothing from you THIRTYTWO

Expensive return process

Damn, i should have read the reviews first..

i have ordered a pair of pants which are too small so I sent them back. However, it costs 16€ to return an Order. This is crazy. Luckily the pants are too small, looking at the reviews here..

Don’t buy Thirty Two

Bought pristine pair preowned - snowboarded for five weeks - completely ruined . Fobbed off on emails . They were not cheap and this should not happen. Take responsibility for your poor product . Don’t buy Thirty Two.

Poor quality and limited warranty

Don’t purchase boots from these guys as the quality is not there . Stitching coming apart on STW boots after 4 weeks of use over two seasons and the BOA keeps coming loose - very poor quality. Had Burton before and they lasted years. The company only offer a one year warranty which sets the expectation on quality, plus customer services are not really bothered - back to Burton as this lot are a dead loss

Do Not order from this company if you…

Do Not order from this company if you are in Britain. If you need to return snowboard boats for example, it will cost you £40 plus. On top of that you need to attach all kinds of forms, and complete more paper work than it takes to get a divorce! Then the fun starts with emails from UPS asking for more paper work (even though it’s attached 3 times to the box) Absolutely crazy!!
