Had an offer they beat the offer and Got it done completely in about 30 minutes

Came across THIScar online after submitting appraisal quotes for CarMax and Carvana. THIScar was the only one that actually reached out to me via text and phone to assist. When I decided to visit their Webster store, Kathy greeted me immediately and explained what to expect next. Charles appraised my vehicle and was professional, prompt and courteous. Charles was very helpful in making sure how my offer was determined and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Lilly was the one who helped me fill out the paperwork and was just as helpful and professional as the other two. I was in and out of there in an hour! Was given a fair offer for my vehicle and I would highly recommend using this company to sell your car. They offered me more than CarMax and saved me the time of needing to follow up with Carvana. I was very impressed and happy with my entire experience with THIScar.

The car owner's daughter brought ID, Power of Attorney, car title and signed release of liens as previously instructed by employee. At the sale, she was required to travel several miles to obtain car owner's written acknowledgement for the sale, an additional requirement showing distrust which was unrequired for a daughter helping her invaled father for whom she had legal authorization.

I have a rare collectible 2007 Honda S2000 convertible in virtually mint condition with only 2700 miles. The Acquisition manager called and asked me to come in since they felt the KBB value was too low. I thought that was pure marketing but since I was close by, decided to come. They TOTALLY surprised me. They were patient and low pressure. They also understood the value of my vehicle and didn't treat it like a dime-a-dozen or just something to fill inventory. The sales team was very personable and friendly. And the offer was what I had hoped for.

We disclosed what we had online and its condition. They make an estimate "offer" sight unseen. We texted with Collin in between and he was an terrific communicator.

Once there EVERYONE was friendly and very professional. We then negotiated on a price for the vehicle and got a very fair amount for it. That was most important--we aren't delusional on what our used vehicle is REALLY worth and ThisCar met us at the same number we had in mind. You often don't find that when you trade it in.

The paperwork didn't take long. It was an excellent experience and we would go back there in the future!
