I ordered a gift set: Sisley Prestige L'Intégral Anti-Âge Prestige Vanity Gift Set. what they advertised/stated on the product details doesn't match what I've received!, you get cheaper deal than what you buy! .. the firming serum was replaced with a skin lotion!! the two are completely different and there's a huge price difference between them.

Update: Customer service was transparent and explained that it was a mistake on the website. They apologized and issued me a partial refund.

Originally ordered a gift set but was disappointed to receive the wrong item. The phone no on the website isn’t recognised so I wasn’t optimistic of a response when I sent an email. However, I have been blown away by the speed and efficiency of the response. A replacement was received within 48 hours and a label issued to return the wrong item.
