totally incompetent service. bought STS insulation boards from them. they emailed me to say they hadn't got any, gave me options to either wait until they had them or get a refund. I asked for a refund, they said it would take 10 DAYS ! I waited 10 days and no refund issued, emailed them twice again and they finally refunded me. usual blaming of COVID Crap short staffed blah blah blah. Absolutely disgusted of the service received, never again. My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from these people is don't bother unless you have the funds to buy from them and then again from a reliable supplier.

Don't expect to return ANYTHING. I would rather buy from local shop. I sent backer board without opening a box or even removed a single label because we went for laminate instead. They deducted £70 for restocking fee with no explanation whatsoever .

Less than 1 star. Paid for a radiator for 1-2 day delivery before I went on holiday chased and chased as it hadn’t arrived after 3 days no response. Couldn’t get hold of 3rd party delivery firm therefore requested money back through my bank. Eventually turned up 5 days later horrific damage and unusable, courier wouldn’t take it back. They sent proof of delivery to my bank and only responded to my emails when they noticed I had requested the money back they then took the money back from my bank and accused me of fraud. I am now £230 overdrawn from them taking the money back and left with an unusable radiator funny enough they now will not reply and I am left with no money to feed my daughter!

ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS.
Ordered 21 composite decking boards which took 9 days to arrive.
When they arrived 3 were damaged beyond use and another 5 were damaged but still usable.
I filed a complaint with the courier who took photos and I also emailed ‘thisiswholesale’ (because conveniently they have no telephone after sales!) asking that the boards be replaced as soon as possible so that the job wouldn’t be held up… that was last Friday - it’s now Thursday and I’ve heard nothing from them and really I don’t expect too after looking at all the other bad reviews.
Don’t give these guys your money, the basic art of quality products and customer service is far beyond them… they’re quick enough to take your money though

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews with people advising you to stay away. I've found this company to be fine to deal with. I emailed them asking when its due for delivery and they responded within the hour. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening and the backerboards were delivered on Thursday morning.

Ordered Sunday night for collection Monday morning. Site said orders processed & ready within 1 hour and sure enough I had a mail at 9.08 confirming my order was ready for collection. Great prices & really nice people, bound to use them again.

I purchased a security door from this is wholesale. After all the add ons it was considerably more than advertised. Delivery was arranged, the item was well packed. I still checked the item to find it was damaged with scratches that had gone rusty. It also had 1 large dent. I signed the delivery note as damaged as this was 3rd party deliverer he didn't have time to wait while I repacked it for return. I contacted customer service with photographs of the damage. I have tried to call and use the online chat and have been fobbed off numerous times saying 'they don't deal with returns'. So have emailed with no response. It states if you email more than once your email will basically be sent to the bottom of the pile, as they deal with one at a time during these times. This was over 4 weeks ago and my garage has no door on and is full of expensive equipment! FOR A COMPANY WHOM STATES NEXT DAY DELIVERY hasn't even bothered to email back never mind send a replacement or refund! Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service!!

Disgusting customer service I ordered some low loss cable and they sent the incorrect type the fitting wasn’t what I ordered I returned signed for as per there process and they are now refusing to refund me saying it was never received even though I have proof of return - they didn’t resound to my request to complete the return and confirm receipt until I said I was going to claim a charge back through my bank at that point they said take it up with Royal Mail

Absolutely diabolical in EVERY way. Avoid this company at all costs!! You have been warned! Enough said.

I'm a tiler of 20 years experience. Took on a job part way through, someone had screwed this company's tile backer to the studwork. I didn't like the look of it but thought hey ho give it a try. BAL greenstar adhesive didn't manage to stick ceramic tiles to it overnight so tried BAL rapid setting flexi and that didn't stick either. Spoke to my local tile shop who I've used fo years, they'd seen it before and said nothing will stick to it. Phoned thisiswholesale who said they'd never had this problem before, utter BS. So had to replace it all and charge my customer. Steer clear it's rubbish and buy the good stuff.

Ordered items, turned up within 48hrs as described when placing order,no damage no fuss! fantastic service and will definitely use again, cheers

Found them to be incompetent with an extremely poor level of customer service.
Having made a mistake their end on their website wanted me the customer to pay for their incompetence.
As we know any Good and Decent company would have proceeded with the order and as a good will gesture covered the additional £11.40. But not these guys they were more willing to tell me how “we’d loose money” on the product rather than covering the £11.40 and thanking me for highlighting the error in their system to save them loosing far more down the line with other customers. When challenged back saying that I had met their order min I was lied to saying that it was excluding VAT when in actual fact the website states min £20 ex VAT. Perhaps a scam website! Either way incredibly short sited and clearly greedy company who only gave me the option to refund my order or pay for their error. Would strongly recommend taking your custom elsewhere and shopping where more of your needs can be met included a decent level of customer service.

They sent me the wrong price on invoice, overcharged me not by very much but it’s 2 months later and they’re giving me the run around I’ve less than £10 lmao 🤣 seems every penny is a prisoner with this company the items I ordered were 75% damaged also they told me my tiler would be able to sort the damage out. Customer service is terrible and don’t reply to emails or messages I would avoid them if you value your sanity

DONT BELIEVE THE 5 star rating. This is a scam website with conmen that deserve to be shut down. Using the consumer rights act to get my money back. Ignore the terms and conditions in the blurb. Consumer rights act 2015 overrides all the rubbish in their blurb. Enjoy the success you’ve had you won’t be trading for much longer. Trading address on their web page doesn't exist when you write to them.

Scam
Delivered wrong door which they then collected. Correct door not delivered an I asked fir refund. I got credit card company to investigate. This is wholesale provided proof of delivery from incorrect door. Failed to mention that they collected this door and never delivered correct door.

This is the worst company so far, their level of service is zero. Company does not deserve any rating. Don't ever patronise this company. I wish I read the reviews befor placing my order. What a shame!!!!!

Very Poor Service. No contact number on their website so no way to call them. Before ordering think about that. What if you have a problem!

Rogue traders, stay away from this company, bad service and substandard products, they supplied a door to me, in rotten packaging the door was bent, scratched and full of dents, trying to get my money back but no reply, they don’t answer calls even after 24hrs notice I received no replies.

Please don’t purchase any products from this cowboy firm. Ipurchased two steel doors 5 weeks ago, they arrived without notice, one was very damaged and they don’t reply, just a automated message. I have taken out a section 75 on them and I suggest others to follow, only if you have paid my credit card.
