Not great first impression tbh. Waited months for it to be in stock. Came not wrapped very well and dented all over it. Was a gift which just is embarrassing really.

Just made an order but they completely…
Just made an order but they completely ignored my email and now have caused me a hassle to contact my bank and setup a frauds dispute!! I wanted to cancel my first order because I just purchased a new double order and still this is how they ignore their customers. They're just hoping that you dont pay the delivery fee back to them. They gave me an item free but to be honest I dont want it, they promised it would be all organic and stuff but it still contains bad chemicals.

To clarify your situation:
1. You put through an order for x1 shampoo, then put through another order for x1 Shampoo & Conditioner.
2. You then decided you didn't want the x1 Shampoo and emailed that afternoon to cancel the order.
3. We emailed you the next morning to say that we can't cancel orders as they are picked and packed directly after you have confirmed your order. But as it seems like you were confused on ordering, this time we would happily cancel the first order for you.
4. It was too late to cancel the x1 shampoo being sent out to you, so you had a free shampoo sent to you and you emailed the team back to say "Thanks for the refund it was a genuine accident."
5. We have a very clear, safe and highly regulated ingredients list on our site that follows all industry standards. we don't mention or claim we are purely organic. We are sulphate-free, ethanol-free, paraben-free, GMO-free, cruelty-free. THIX has not been tested on animals. https://thixhair.com/pages/science

The best I've found!
I have that fine, annoying hair which you can't really do much with. I've tried far too many thickening shampoos, all of which seem to add extra weight that just makes things worse. I've found THIX gives my hair that extra grip (if that makes sense) so products work better, and gives decent volume. I'm on my 6th bottle now and genuinely I wouldn't use anything else. Great to hear production is now in-house!

great company to deal with
originally had a few issues with the pumps I received and lack of response from customer service. However it has since come to light that there was a miscommunication here and we have since come to a resolution.
They have now corrected the mistake and shown me exceptional customer service. Happy to update my original review :)

We are a new, award winning, proudly British backed and built, start-up company that has been taken aback by the huge success of our product flying off the shelves much quicker than we had planned over the past two years.
This has been great from a product perspective with so many positive results, but on the other side, understand it has been frustrating for customers while we moved this summer from third party production facilities to building our own in-house set up.
We are now fully in control of our stock destiny with plans to be in stock next week (and never out of stock again : )

Pretty terrible to be honest
Pretty terrible to be honest, hair felt like wire and all it did was make it fall out more.
Two months after I stopped using, it was great again. I fear these guys aren’t being entirely honest about their product.

Edit and reply: maybe a full refund can be provided.
Second edit: a full refund was provided, but only I posted this review. Previously I had emailed them with zero response.
Third edit: being told that my review is defamation, is a tad silly. If you’re not allowed to to be honest about how your product failed to live up to the expectations provided in your advertising, that’s a pretty sad state of affairs. I did email and being told I didn’t, is a failing on your side and not mine.
Surely you’re supposed to take criticism and deal with that.

So im finally ready to review this…
So im finally ready to review this shampoo i have used this for 3 months and stopped there is positives and negatives. It has got a very minty medicinal smell which i absolutely love but i understand why people don’t like that. Maybe make different fragrances? I also find this product very expensive for what it is because i can get the same kind of product at boots for half the price and get points. Maybe introduce a loyalty program? I love the packaging and the bottles the shampoo itself like the name suggests is very very thick. However the conditioner is wonderful it’s more like a smooth lotion not thick at all. I stopped using this product purely because of the price factor and have seen little change in my thinning hair. All hair types are different but it just didn’t work for me. The shipping is quick and efficient and well packaged. Very eco friendly!

A really nice product
A really nice product. Packaging and brand feel really high quality and the shampoo conditioner feel great in your hair. It’s to early to tell if the product is truelly effective but i’ve enjoyed my experience so far and will continue to purchase.
I think the only negative is the Shampoo bottle pump, which with one press doesn’t dispense enough product and due to the thickness, can take a minute to ‘reset’ to get another pump. A small grievance with an overall great product.

Decent product. Not able to adjust order easily.
Unfortunately for some reason they were not able to cancel the order before dispatching well in advance. The order was placed, I then found it on Amazon with free shipping a few minutes later, sent an email and before the day it got shipped, they told me items are packaged and shipped immediately after orders are placed. My order was placed at 11pm. The product is okay, thank you.

I've been using THIX Hair products for a while now and the results are impressive. My hair feels thicker, healthier, and I've noticed less hair loss. The shampoo smells great, and the packaging is lovely. While the results are great, I wish stock levels were managed better to avoid delays. Overall, fantastic products.

An unusual product
An unusual product - still experimenting on usage - strange texture but easier to use when warmed in the palm with damp hands and used on slightly damp hair imo - use VERY sparingly- less is more (no more than a pea size as recommended) otherwise hair can feel a claggy - hoping with more user experience this product will deliver and nourish the hair as advertised
