I did not realize Thnks allowed senders to check statuses all the way through redemption (I know you could see if it was opened/accepted).

I just found I had two cards that were never used and reached out to see if I could get a refund or a credit to use for a different card. Thnks said that it was impossible and that they keep any left over (unredeemed) money. Feels like a scam. Definitely would not recommend.

Really easy to use and impactful! They've got a great line of products to choose from and sending a Thnks was a breeze.

Thnks is the best way to show appreciation to my co-workers and prospective clients. The platform is super easy to navigate, and allows me to send Thnks seamlessly!

While it seems like a great idea, it really is not. If your recipient opens the email but never redeems you lose the money. The fees are not excessive but pricey for what you get. People are nice in telling you, 'sorry it's our policy". Unless you are absolutely sure the gift will be redeemed, go to the product source and buy direct!
Their convenience is overrated.

This product is a great idea but its execution is suspect
-I have to pay to send the item and it the person never uses it I still pay for it....hmmmm
-If they don't use it in a certain time period maybe it should go back into a bank
-What is the point of paying for something that is never used

Amazing customer service, and the easiest product to use. More than happy I decided to use this tool in my company for my follow up's with leads!

No ability to track the gifts even four weeks after sending or accepting one. When emailing the customer service team, they’re useless.

Horrible customer service! Requested an update on my delivery, via chat today. The chat could NOT provide this information? Was told I would get an email with this information today, I did NOT. How hard is it to provide an order number and/or tracking number? COVID-19 should not hinder confirmation on an order.

Absolutely horrible service, someone send me one on my birthday. The checkout process was a headache so I decided to donate it, when I went down that route it said it was already claimed. I never got a package and customer service emailed me back 24 days later.

I always want to show gratitude, but buying gift cards or gifts to friends or clients takes time. On top of that, mailing them or delivering them takes more time!

Thanks.com is so easy. I set up my account, I select the gift from their easy to use website with many choices and pricing. I enter the recipients email. My gift recipients love the surprise! What an easy way to make someone’s day.
