I use the London city branch to buy US$ for use in Zambia. For whatever reason the Zambians prefer new bills (eg 2017 series or later). When I ask for this at Thomas Exchange they produce the new notes with no bother. Could not ask for more! 👏👏👏

Very good service, always gave me the denominations I asked for.

I was able to order my currency and know I was going to get the best possible rate. Also getting an alert that my currency was ready for collection was very helpful.

Thomas Exchange Global has a £100 minimum policy. I was trying to convert to HUF. For £99.01, I could have had what I wanted but it was below their minimum to convert. In the end I had to exchange just over £111 as they did not have any denominations lower than 1000 HUF. That is more than 10% in HUF then I wanted. For 99 pence, this seems a bit harsh.

I did click &sell DKK and gone out of my way to Swiss Cottage branch only to be told they don’t buy certain denominations. I asked the cashier to call head office and she said they don’t answer calls 10 minutes before closing. Terrible service

Called up to ask for exchange rate & was told by some con artist that they dont give out exchange rates over the phone.. hilarious! Called several other money exchanges & this one or its staff seem a little dishonest.

Apparently it's there policy to waste customers time & have them walk around with bundles of cash on you hoping that your stupid enough not to shop around looking for the best price & dumb enough to take their offer because they think there smart.

I'd avoid this place at all costs
