Easy and efficient

I was for a long time a customer of the Kensington branch now closed and was fairly satisfied with exchange rates there.
However on 17/08/2024 I exchanged euros at Hammersmith and was given a terrible exchange rate, a friend had exchanged euros on the same date elsewhere and confirmed that I was approximately cheated of £50 on total exchange .
Other friends have told me not to use Hammersmith branch as rates are abysmal . I should have checked beforehand! But trusted Thomas .
A lesson learned !

I visited the Liverpool Street branch to pick up some pre-ordered dollars, and the staff were extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I felt humiliated by an employee name Farshad Heidari. First, he incorrectly told me I was at the wrong address, then he made numerous excuses not to serve me, ignoring my pleas. He served everyone else in the queue while I was left waiting. As the only person of color in the queue, this experience made me feel particularly awful 😖.
