I have used Thomas Locksmiths a number of times over many years and have always had a good experience, feeling that they know what they are doing. However, the reason for leaving the review is that they really went above and beyond when I called them a couple of days ago for advice for my daughter, so they will definitely be my first choice for help when I need it.
I spoke to a nice gentleman initially on the phone to book in an appointment to get my intercom buzzer system repaired but on the day of the appointment nobody showed up and nobody called. As you can imagine, with this poor service I was hardly inclined to chase them up.
I hope that they provide better service to others and if they can turn around and make amends for the above I would happily improve my review.
