Very pleased with the new door from Thompson Creek. It was installed on time, and installation was flawless. In fact, we had some minor defects in the siding alongside the door, and the installer fixed them as well. Highly recommend.

The crew did not arrive early enough to finish before dark. worked about 2 hours in the dark without lights. the crew was not as sharp as the crew that installed the patio door last year. They seemed to struggle on removing and installing the windows. There was a language barrier.

Also fixed the front door you all had installed knew his job . The installers where rite on time didn't mess around got down to business and Bam the the job was done cleaned carried everything away Beautiful love it .

The installer was not ethical but the company made goo.
The installer did not have all the parts and wasn't going to tell me. I had to figure it out for myself and call the company. The actual installer did nothing to assist me. It took awhile but they finally installed the missing part.

Same day tub to shower conversion
The product is excellent, solid, and durable feel and look. Very satisfied with that. The caulk lines are perfect. Installation was done with precision and quickly. A 4 star rating was given because 2 of the 4 shelves were not installed until later. The install date was cancelled 2X by TC creating an unnecessary delay. We also had simple questions about the dual shower operations that customer service could not answer and should have been able to. When the 2 shelves were installed it was explained.

It started out really well
It started out really well, but now I'm almost 3 into the weeks into waiting for them to contact me about finishing my garage roofline. There's about a 2 inch gap between the roof and the siding, and it's just metal, and I've been asking them to come out here and fix it, and nobody's come to fix it. You sent the wrong windows on the initial install
You sent the wrong windows on the original install. But you resolved the issue promptly. But now today I just tried to clean them and only 2 of the 5 windows are tilting in properly. The other sash looks are not releasing the window to tilt in!

It took more than six month for…
It took more than six month for Thompson Creek to complete the installation of my two sliding doors, by installing the correct door handles. The technician came to the house with the wrong door handles, at least three times. After the third attempt, they finally got it right. The final payment was not supposed to be paid until the installation was completed but it took them so long, they finally charged the final payment to my credit card, before the correct door handles were installed. I called and complained but they didnt' seem to care. The doors are excellent, but the customer service and followup was unacceptable. I cannot recommend them.

They promised that the project will…
They promised that the project will finish by March 2025 at the LATEST. Well 6 months later the whole project was still not finished. The customer rep was not responsive to our questions and request. The measurements on one of the door was not correct for a third time and we had to take off from work to be at the house 3 times with project not finished. I would not recommend Thompson Creek after they said that they are very good door company. Too many broken promises.
