Amazing and beautifully unusual new scents
I have only recently heard about these perfumes and bought the smaller versions of some of them and the Discovery Set which I am still trying.
My favourites so far are Santal Oud and Rouge Avenue
but they all smell so lovely it’s going to be difficult to choose.
The packaging is extremely good and the delivery of my orders came promptly with a pleasant customer service follow up.

GREAT Customer Service and AMAZING Fragrance
I live in the United States and I want to say how much I love Thomson Carter fragrances. My first purchase was Lilium Blume which I purchased after seeing some cute British guy talk about it on Instagram. Since then I have tried Rouge Avenue and Are You Vanilla (Day and Night). I love all three as well. Recently, I purchased the Blush Hour and Are You Vanilla in the the 10ml size. Let me first say that Blush Hour smells AMAZING!!! When I first opened the package I noticed that the Blush Hour bottle was very wet, the cap was loose, and the product amount was noticeably less than the Are You Vanilla. I emailed customer servicr about the issue and included a photo of the two bottles in my email. Syed at Thomson Carter replied shortly after with an apology, a replacement, and a future discount. I am so pleased with this service and will continue to recommend Thomson Carter to my friends. Thank you, Syed.

Tried your perfume on a recommendation basis, it does not dissappoint. I sampled the 10mls rouge ave and lilium bloom both smell divine and the fragrance has lasted i would definately buy again. It came well packaged in a box with tissue paper so arrived safe. I also received 2 2ml samples one was mr carter and that was liked also by my husband so, a likely Christmas present. I would like to try some of the other fragrances before i decide on the one that suits best if there is a way of obtaining the 2ml samples that would be very helpful too.

When I received my package the box was damaged and EMPTY! I called FedEx and they told me I had to call the company (Thomson Carter) in order to have it investigated. I truly didn’t expect much. I really just wanted it investigated. I notified the Thomson Carter company. They asked for pictures of the package I received which I sent. Responses were within hours not days even though I lived in the USA. Without hesitation I had a new package on the way! My complete appreciation goes to Rizwan and Gareth. Again I only asked for an investigation. They went above and beyond and sent out a replacement! My opinion in customer service with this company is over the top! Thank you Rizwan and Gareth for your timely responses and restoring my faith in customer service again! 5 stars to Thomas Carter. Your fragrances are amazing too! Ordered some product and samples were not correct. Anas in customer service addressed my issue and now I have the correct samples heading my way.

I really liked the shopping experience
I really liked the shopping experience, the website is interactive, easy to use and informative of the different scents - i like the bundle section. The delivery was on time, with the updates being on point and whilst this time my order value was lower, for higher value orders it certainly helps to know when the shipment will arrive - overall a very good experience.
