After a really long wait, I received the case, and it was everything they said it was. I use it for a portable gaming rig that travels in a Pelican case. During my first trip with it, screws started coming loose and falling out. When I got home, I went through the whole thing and used thread lock on all the fasteners. Been using it for over a year now. Only other issue is the magnets holding the side panels come unglued, but that’s a quick fix. It’s a great compact case.

Absolutely stunning case! Exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. Fantastic to build a system in. Great conversation starter and now a prized possession.

Don’t expect much from this company. They ignore support emails, finish of some of the parts is poor. I had to supply my own magnets as not all where installed. Never got a response to my emails.

I made a preorder december 2021, got not update for 8 month. We are december 2022, and my order has still not been delivered.
They keep promising and promising, nothing happens.

After Thorzone successfully funded its Mjolnir Case via Kickstarter and backers received the cases they marketed their product via the website. Unfortunately, they have learned zero from their long delivery delays and poor support. The next batch is already waiting a year for delivery, you are badly put off every few weeks. They do not meet their own deadlines and do not communicate with customers who have received defective goods from the kickstarter campaign.
in the forum of sffpc there is already a long thread about 200 pages in which you can read the problems. again and again thorzone was pointed out how badly they deal with the customers and their goods, despite multiple requests their side, what they can do better, nothing was changed.
Because of the long waiting time and the now no longer up to date case and the poor support I advise against a purchase on the website. as a normal customer you are lost here. if you already know group purchases from other sites such as keyboard, you may have more patience. but a year to wait for eg a riser cable is insanely.

I have contacted Thor-Zone about a faulty Booster Cell, which they won't replace. They just ignore me and I get a feeling these people just can't be trusted.

This is by far the most premium computer case I own. I ordered during May 2021 and got it a few weeks ago, definitely later than the August shipping estimate...but what can you expect, it's a startup and the production climate is insane now.
