As overseas landlords, we need more than someone to just handle day-to-day tasks, we need someone who can advise us on next steps and keep us informed of policy changes that affect our property. Our experience with Thornley Groves overall has been mixed, but it's the property management team that really stands out. Our property manager Jeovely has been proactive and thorough, arranging inspections and contractor quotes quickly, and keeping us properly up to date on regulatory matters like the Renters' Rights Act changes. It's clear she takes ownership of issues rather than letting them sit, and she communicates clearly throughout. Having Jeovely handle our property gives us real peace of mind knowing it's in safe hands. It really shows how much the right individual makes a difference.

She was very nice and understanding also answered all my questions with good replies I appreciate her tour of the properties

Thornley Groves have been looking after my properties for more than 20 years now and in all that time I have been more than happy with the service they provide. Recently I needed new tenants and Amber Gelling and Karen Filson looked after everything from meeting prospective tenants to updating paperwork .

I have used Thornley Groves Monton on my last 2 property sales, each time they have been excellent to deal with, honest and deliver on exactly what they say they will. This time round I dealt with Kelly McDermott, Clare carpenter, Daniel coope and Ellie Milnthorp and they were all brilliant, very responsive. I wouldn’t use anybody else locally for property sales and would highly recommend them to others in Monton.

Please find alternative estate agents.
They don’t care about tenants. They take ages to get things fixed during the tenancy and then charge you £380 for an end of tenancy clean when you left it clean. When trying to communicate with them they are slow and don’t listen to you. I dont often leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t wish them as estate agents for you reading this.

To follow up their complaints team never got back to me!

Always really helpful for any queries like change address. Always keep me informed on changes and the regulatory stuff needed and offer quotes and packages or to arrange my own trades people.

Tomas been really quick to reply on few queries and other parties Sarah, Sienna and Satine all been good last few months with a few changes.

had a really easy time renting with thornley groves. Hannah specifically was really quick in getting back to emails and helping us out when required, would recommend to anyone renting!
