The order took approximately a month to come, it said it would take two days. I had spent close to £400 and literally received no communication apart from me chasing. I then tried to cancel my order, in which they stated it had been shipped so I gave them to benefit of the doubt. It wasn’t shipped until a few days after.
In fairness the cards were in good condition. However, I was guaranteed at least one 1st edition holo pokemon card, I did receive that but it was machamp (you can only get this in 1st edition) this was a full on exploitation of the promotion.
Honestly, the cards were barely worth £100 and I paid close to £400. I would never use again and honestly, it’s probably a good idea to steer clear.
On top of that, I didn’t receive an apology for anything being late.

Thanks for the email, I have just seen your reply to my review.
I did receive a 1st edition, I have just double checked it was the pre-release Aerodactyl but again, the pre-release only comes in 1st edition. My apologies, but the sentiment still stands, I get that this is randomly generated but out of all of the 1st editions, it's the only 1st edition you have listed for sale on your website; seems strange.
The holos I received are as follows:
(prices based on similar cards on ebay recently sold)
Nidoking Base 2 Approx value £5-10
Poliwrath Base 2 Approx value - £5-10
Machamp holo - Approx value £5
Hitmonlee fossil holo - £15
Misty's Seadra Gym Heroes - £5-10
Scyther Base Set 2 holo - £15
Dark Gyarados Team Rocket Pre-Release - £15-20
Kabutops Fossil Holo - £10-15
Kingdra - £10-15
Aerodactyl 1st edition Pre-Release - £20
Non Holos - 0.99p each or something like that?
At the top end (being generous) the holos are worth £130. More realistically £100-£110 worth of cards. I must be very clear, I am not reselling these and they are in my binder, I have attached some photographs as I am a collector, just so you don't think I am a scalper and just trying to flip these cards.
The main issue is that I waited a month for the cards, which in your reply to my review you make it seem that you were proactive in informing me about the delay; you definitely were not. On your website it says it will be sent with two-day delivery, I waited 3 days before contacting you. You then advised it would be 10 days, so again I waited that amount of time. No contact again, no tracking information or anything like that. I then whatsapped, which I believe took 2-3 days for you to reply, saying that there would be another 10-day delay. I waited again, no communication or anything like that. I then asked you to cancel the order, surprisingly you replied a bit quicker this time. You advised me that my order had been sent, I then received a tracking number but the item wasn't even received until a few days later. That means you could've cancelled my order surely?
If I received the cards that you sent me after a couple of days, I would've just been like "meh, you win some you lose some" the whole experience has been absolutely horrendous. I really liked the premise of your store, the mystery packs I know are a gamble but I thought the cards I received would be in the ball park of what I paid, they were way off. If that was the case, I would just go and spend £350 on wotc cards and get a lot more.
In terms of the stickers and the packs, they were Japanese packs and I didn't know whether this was just something extra you slip into the "god packs" or something like that, hardly seemed like an apology.
In your review reply, you also said "contact me via whatsapp,email,instagram" if I have an issue. I tried before and you're terrible at replying; rather blunt and rude. I was very fair and I don't understand why I am being made to feel like I have done something wrong here. I paid for something, you provided an awful service and now I am making people aware of what I received.
Just to summarise my issues are:
Waiting a month for the cards
No communication apart from when I chased you
Value of cards not even being close to what I paid
Again, I don't want anything. I will add this email to my review just so that I am completely fair as maybe the barely £100 was a bit unfair, but generally this has just been a shambles.

That just really sums up this whole experience, you have completely ignored everything I have said. Also, in your latest "reply" "base set holos are not £5" where are my base set holos? I didn't get one base set holo. I got base set 2, jungle, fossil, rocket and neo. I didn't get one base set holo? So yeah, maybe base set holo's are not worth £5 but I didn't get any of those.

In Response To The Update, Nothing Rude Was Ever Said In Reply, and Base Set Holographics Are Not £5 Each, You Originally Stated There Was Not a Single Card From The 1st Edition Series Until I Said I Was Checking The Recording Above. Then After Stating The Recording He Admitted To Receiving It, and Incorrectly Stated That The Value Was £20 For a Mint Condition 1st Edition Holographic - This Is Not True. I'll Happy Give You The Upper Limit Of All The Incorrect Valuations You've Stated Plus £50, As They Are Entirely Wrong.
All cards mint! Really enjoyed opening them and pleased with the pulls! First edition and holo fossil card were mint. Company really good at responding and had conversations over WhatsApp!
